Food and staff were great. Also, the location is good, 1.2 Klm from the Center 10 mins walk.

The default reservation is without the water park. That is kind of false advertisement as they mainly put water park pictures as their selling point. So it was a surprise that the usages of the was an unexpected extra cost. Ironically, the hotel beside has in their advertisement that booking already included the water park.

The room has been bright and modern, but also with a nice rustic touch. Breakfast in the buffet has as well been wonderful - I really enjoyed the possibility of being able to make myself a capuccino with an oat or soya milk (don’t remember exactly which one)

- Beautiful views over the mountains no matter the weather - Close to the center (walking distance), Biedronka accross the road - You can get access to Termy via the passageway for guests, so you can go in a bathrobe all ready to have some fun (I informed the receptionist about my multisport card to get the access), bathrobe and towel for Termy is prepared in the room for you - I liked the design of the room with the usage of natural wood, comfy and soft towels, sheets, pillows.

- In general the mattresses were comfy, but we got two separate mattresses on double bed, which is never good for a couple - I found a couple of blood stains on the floor and on the curtain. On the floor it was almost cleaned out and most of people might not even notice it. But on the curtain it was clearly a bloodstain that was never cleaned. Apart from that thee room was perfectly clean.

Actually everything was amazing I get one suite it was in a beautiful view from both side living room was in garden side and bedroom was in mountain side. Really it so luxury hotel attached to it aqua park. The words not enough to say about this hotel and all the staff. Everything close from hotel bus station center supermarket only 10 to 20 min walking. My thanks to all the staff specially Mr. Lukas and Mr. Mtiuch sorry if I did mistake in them names. Breakfast was amazing and staff there amazing also . With all my respect to everybody in this hotel . This was my first stay in this hotel and will never be the end. The internet was week in bedroom but in living room was good.

The whole stay was great. The staff were always available, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the room was as expected. The restaurant also served good food at a good price for a hotel. The reception was also great at booking taxis even very early in the morning. The Aquapark and thermal baths were a huge plus after a day of skiing, our room didn't include complimentary access but the reception quickly gave us wristbands and explained the process, the price for access was very reasonable.

The walls are a little thin, so we could hear the kids next door and in the halls. A small negative was the fact that you needed to specify (to the reception) each time you want your room cleaned, I'm not sure why the 'do not disturb' door signs were still provided given this rule.

the property offers anything that you’ll need for a great stay in zakopane. great customer service, amazing food, fantastic aqua park, parking for your car, etc. everything has gone above our expectations and it is great value for money!

nothing. the location is great if you are skiing in harenda and you have a car. in a high season the traffic is congested in the centre of zakopane so it is good to be just outside the centre area. the centre is 15min walking distance

- the reception staff help you with their hearts! Amazing lovely people. - breakfast has many selections 👍🏻 - location is not too far from the center

- cleaning needs a little bit improvement. - they don’t provide booking tours, which i think would be a great addition to the hotel instead of going to the main street and booking by yourself. - adaptors provided didn’t work - since the check out is at 11 am, we opted for late check out at 12 pm instead, but to our surprise a lady opened the door on us before it’s 12!!!!!

+ Superb breakfast, probably the best and most varied I've ever had in any hotel. + Spacious room with a nice armchair, also a nice balcony although we didn't get to use it much. + Very kind staff who answered all of our queries and requests with the greatest care.

- Elevators were very slow to arrive when going down, and mostly arrived full. We just gave up and took the stairs most of the time. - There was a slight misunderstanding when we asked to clean the room from the reception, and it was cleaned only 24h later. It is simpler to just use "please make up my room sign" like in other hotels. - When it was cleaned, the new towels had some stains on them.

The location of the hotel is quite central and usually it is close to the bus station, however at the moment it is under construction, so we had to walk around 15 minutes to get to the bus stop. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre, so we did most things by walk. The room was really big and spacious, and well equipped. All in all, Everything was perfect and all the staff helped in answering any queries that we had.

The only down side of our stay was the fact that the water park was under construction, and we weren’t advices beforehand. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The hotel was very clean and we thought the style was appropriate for the location. The views of the mountains were beautiful throughout the hotel. The access to the aqua park was also very convenient.

The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast was a little expensive, the quality of the food was really good though and there was a good variety so we'd probably try to get it included in the price of the room if we come back.
