Breakfast was great

This hotel is not for couples rather for family with the kids. Pool getting crowded in a short time and it's full of noisy kids going down the slide right next to the jacuzzi.

It was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was first class . So much choice everything you could possibly want . A very comfortable room After we changed. In the first instance we were given a room surrounded by families with small children, I did not realise it was the school holidays in Poland. But they changed our room as soon as I asked. I think when you book with booking . Com you always get the worst rooms. However I had to book with booking. Com because of the good cancellations policy . I tried to book on the hotel website initially but couldn’t understand there cancellations policy. I have never had a problem with booking. Com it always works.

It could of have had a more prominent lively bar A dull reception area for such a good hotel.

the hotel is very clean and nice, the staff was very nice. The choice for breakfast is excellent, dinner was disappointing, also the restaurant on the top floor. The facilities of the hotel and the rooms are great, also the spa, board games, swimming pool, we enjoyed our stay with the kids, although there was not much snow.

pillows - only one rather uncomfortable pillow per person. The food at dinner and in the restaurant is not up to 4* standard, this really needs improvement.

The location of the hotel is really convenient if you are planning on going to hike, the hotel is just 2 minutes from the hike paths. The breakfast is amazing, honestly one of the best I've had in hotels, live cooking and huge selection of everything - fresh veggies, fruits, baked goodies, sweets and a lot more! The rooms were cozy, clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful.

Extra fee for parking, but at least it's safe in an underground garage. Wellness and pool area is a small and can get crowded quickly.

The pool was amazing, it was not crowded at all and we had a great family time. The staff were always helpful and ready to help us and provide tips for us to better enjoy our stay. The bar at the underground is really nice with bowling and billiard games and very nice drinks, although they are paid aside. Breakfast was very good.

The bedrooms could have a better sound isolation on the door, you can hear almost everything happening in the corridors. Pool temperature and the room temperature could be a little bit warmer, although this is not a true problem.

A family and pet friendly mountain resort a few steps from Poland's Tatra National Park (sort of like Grand Teton National Park for those from the USA). Breakfast included a wide variety of healthy fruits and vegetables, plus all the eggs, bacon, sweet rolls and kielbasa you could want. A very good breakfast or in Polish a "bardo dobry sniadanie!"

Breakfast was opulent and full of choices - including life cooking. I did really like the fact that there are many bookable facilities like a billiard pool (extra charge). Everything was very clean. For families there is a large indoor-play area for children.

The room acoustics was not great, you could hear people walking on the corridor and talking through the room door.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff, pool and spa facilities good, breakfast really good, bar staff the best, location a short walk into the centre bars, restaurants and 10 mins from the trails and slopes.

Double beds are on the small side and needed a extra duvet to ensure we both had some to cover us! ( Wasn't a problem for the staff and was at the room minutes after ringing reception)

Wellness area/use was a bit shock to me… people allowed wearing swimwear to sauna (it won’t contribute to cleanliness and hygiene of wellness), no age restriction for entry (little kids making noise, frequently coming in and out of sauna), no cotton sheets for sauna use offered by hotel, just towel to use…

Big hotel near the border of the Tatra national park (1 km walking to the entrance). It offers a spa and swimming pool, and several restaurants if you don't want to walk to the city center. It offers a lot of parking places (however paid).

A bit far from the city center (> 1km ).
