Hotel Crocus

We really loved our stay in that place... wellness/spa is really amazing, so is the breakfast... location is excellent as well!

I would recommend to put a picture in wellness area that being in sauna in swimwear is forbidden.... almost everyone was going to finish sauna directly from the pool to "get dry" and it became really smelly inside... maybe people are not aware of swimsuits being forbidden( or not recommended) in saunas so having a sign of "swimwear forbidden" might be helpful (hopefully.....)

We came just to look at the mountains and then enjoy the spa and that's exactly what we did! Everything is just perfect in this hotel from spa to breakfast. Very clean and luxurious. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. Huge terrasse to sit and drink a cup of wine:)

The breakfast is really delicious, and there is really big choice for breakfast. I really like the spa and pools, spa area is open whole day till evening. All hotel stuff are very polite and helpfull. The room was really spacy with balcony. It is near the bus stop to Kasprowy Wierch.

Small advice- tell your foreign guests in advance that city tax can pay only in cash.

Good location, nice rooms, pool and sauna included. There is an additional small parkink fee 30 pln. A lot of ativities for kids. Beautiful place, stream nearbly.

Very modern, upscale and luxurious feel of this small hotel; more intimate than a big resort hotel (and we liked that there were not a lot of small children running around). Stream and garden behind it was nice, especially as we left our window open at night for the cool air and we didn't hear a lot of street noise, just the stream. Our lunch and dinner and breakfast were all very good! Chef added a nice free appetizer too. Wellness spa facilities (steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi and pool) were all nice, even though the pool deck was very slippery. Bar and lounge are nice, and they gave us free mineral water in the room.

Pillows were not comfortable at all. But that was a very minor thing. We wished the parking was included (free), but it came to 30zl per day, which is less than 7-Euro, so not too expensive and we were happy to park in the hotel lot for easy loading and unloading.

Hotel as a facility and rooms are clean, service is amazingly nice and helpful. Location is quite good. Close to the mountains and around 15 to 20 min to the centre. Nice spa. Good breakfast.

Jacuzzi is small, isolation between rooms is not the best so if you are unlucky to have dogs next door as we did it is a headache.

The room was comfortable and spacious (it was Double ....that's probably the reason ;) ) - a lot of storage space and places to put the open luggage on - instead of just lying it on the floor - the heated floor in the bathroom was very pleasant ! - the view from our 4th floor room were green trees with a river flow sound

Great hotel in this price range.

The staff, especially the bar tender gentleman was extremely unfriendly. He seemed like he hated his job or us or everything... but certainly very unpleasant. The other hotel employees were not friendly either but not as bad as the bar tender.

I like big room, clean bathroom and friendly staff. The SPA area is wonderful: a large clean pool, two saunas, professional masseurs. it’s great that it’s possible to stay with dogs!

It is too hot in the steam sauna, different music plays loudly at the reception and massage rooms, it distracts and prevents you from completely relaxing.
