Wow wow wow, everything was perfect! We was choose two rooms with balcony to mountain view, it was amazing, in rooms was everything you needed, rooms so clean, fresh, beds comfortable, cozy! Best recommendation! Thanks to all New Apartamenty Jan staff!

English speaking staff and sauna after exhausting day was superb. while coffee machine in the room was total surprise for us. We enjoyed one of the best espresso in the morning with mountain view in the balcony!

Loved the location! So close to town and the Ski slope. Beautiful views and decor. Loved that I could change the heating settings

I was on the bottom floor and the door was on the walkway to the entrance of the building. I was woken up to people trying to open my door with keys at 4am one night and 11pm the second night. Was a little scary considering I was on my own too. My guess is they had mistaken my door for the main door so would be good to make it clearer that it is an apartment door not the entrance to the building

It was a beautiful room with am amazing view of the mountains. The staff was very helpful and nice.

We were in room no 6 of 2nd floor. There was a staircase to the balcony from outside which didn't give us any problem but anyone could have walked up to our balcony and the name board of the apartment was hung on our balcony wall, which was lit throughout the night. So the light was little disturbing. But this problem was only for our room in particular. Rest everything was amazing. None of the problems were a deal breaker.

Beautiful place with spectacular view of the mountains. Super clean and comfortable room, huge bed, equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Kind and friendly reception. 15 min walk from the city. Super value for money.I loved it and I would definitely stay again.

Minor things: there were no bedside lamps so you have to get up to turn off the light to sleep. There were no knifes for cutting, only for butter. But I still think the place is gorgeous

The location has a great view, was clean and cozy. We had enough space for everyone in our family (5 of us), we enjoyed sauna as well.

The location was a little bit far from the city center, we traveled without a car so it was not very comfortable to walk by the road with children. Also, the playground at the hotel was a great idea, but it was not clean.

We liked everything. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were spotless. Perfect place to stay in Zacopane. Ski slopes in walking distance and 20 min walk to the main street. Would definitely stay again Thank you

Nothing we didn't like.

We were there three years ago so we knew what we can get for our money. We are really enjoyed. Now we reservated bigger apartment than before and it was better. The staff was kindly and helpful. We really like Poland and always great to visit your country. We always feel Poland is our second home. Every hungarian feel the same I guess. Unfortunately we could not visit Morskie Oko because the danger of avalanche. It's a good reason to visit Zakopane at summertime.

Sometimes the sauna is not heated well.

Pretty nice apartment, mostly what we needed for that trip. It even had a capsule coffee machine with 4 capsules for us. 1h sauna is included in the price

Parking in the area was very challenged - to find a place and not block all other cars. Seems that no hot water in the sauna's shower - wasn't comfortable. Internal doors are placed incorrectly and block each other.

Location is close to everything, the staff is friendly and helpful, facilities are clean and modern with super nice views.

The parking is not too big , so it's first come, first serve, nearby there is parking on the street, but even if there are no spaces the staff will help to find you where to park.
