Location, walking distance from the beach, in front of cvs and walgreens the room was comfortable, the gym, pool and jacuzzi were nice.

The location was perfect, Condado area is very nice with a lot of options for dining and partying. The hotel has free sunbeds and umbrellas for its guests on the beach which is great, and you also get a towel from the hotel. Beach is within walking distance from the hotel and it`s really nice, though a bit windy and with waves. Rooms are nice and clean, spacious with a lot of amenities included. The room had a partial ocean view which was nice.

We stayed 8 nights and the room hasn`t been cleaned. Only towels were changed and trash was removed from the room daily. The temperature in the hotel and lobby is very low and cold. The parking fee is 23USD per night (with taxes incl.).

Excellent Location. Excellent Staff. Excellent Restaurant/Grill Within The Hotel.

Loss Of WATER Pressure While Taking A Shower On At Least 4 Occassions.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and it's a hit and miss I must say. One of the two buildings has very old rooms that aren't esthetically pleasing, but the other has stunning, newer rooms and an overall elegant esthetic. The rooms are all quite spacious. I love the pool area and the staff is quite friendly. Breakfast is also really good, filling. The best part is obviously the location, great restaurant downstairs and many others as soon as you walk out. It's right across from a CVS/Walgreens, and a block away from the beach. Definitely a go to hotel for me in San Juan.

It seems if you want the temperature of the room a little warmer, the whole place will get wet. So you've got to dress a little warm and keep the room cold. I'd also advise staying in a room in the building above Ropa Vieja (restaurant), otherwise its great value for the area.

Location was very nice, close to beach, and easy access to other places where we went. The room and amenities were good. Nice pool with 24 hour access. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurant on site.

The building was older which noticed in certain areas. Had very narrow hallways and difficult to open the door. The balcony door was very hard to open also and would've been nicer if just a bit bigger with somewhere to sit. Wish the wifi was more consistent.

I am not sure about the breakfast simply because I didn't eat there the room was cool except for the roach in the bathroom in both rooms. but management got us together. which we gladly appreciate it

I didn't like the fact that the breakfast wasn't included into the price. it costed 12.99 per person per day which was added to the cost of the final bill. that didn't sit well with the group

Location was great!! The bar and restaurant downstairs was delicious. Staff was amazing!

When I booked the pics made it appear to have a balcony but it was just a slider door with a rail and enough space for 2 people to step a foot out. I went for my birthday and wanted mimosas while relaxing on the balcony so that was very disappointing and misleading. But other than that we had a great time!

The staff is great and so the facilities. All the facilities we used were really clean. The breakfast buffet was great, as part of it you can get an omelet however you want. They have lactose free and gluten free options and a coffee bar that was actually nice. They overbooked and upgraded us to the penthouse which was really nice and the view was outstanding. It had a small kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, ice maker machine and other things. The bathroom area was great. The vanity and closet are outsife the bathroom so you can get ready without waiting for people to be done. The shower was big, with great water pressure and you can use both a normal shower and a handheald one. The room had 2 big TVs right in front of the sofa and the bed. You can hide the one infront of the bed. The room had many storage space and seating areas. Perfect for a family or a couple. The parking area is accessible and has a lot of space.

We wanted two beds, so I did my best to find a place with them because I'm a kicker. They were overbooked, so they upgraded us to the penthouse with one bed (king) and one sofabed (king). I wanted to avoid that, that's why I made the reservation with weeks in advance but I had no option but to accept the change. Then, both of them, the bed and the sofabed, were stiff, not my taste when it comes to beds. Also, the TVs don't have a pairing option, so you can't stream shows from your cellphone. The parking card so you can get in and out sometimes didn't scan, which was inconvenient.

Location was great, breakfast was okay, room ended up having a full ocean view, which was spectacular, loved proximity of Walgreens and CVS, easy to walk or Uber everywhere. Good beach access. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very responsive when we needed them.

I wish the shower at the pool had been working so that we could have minimized tracking sand into pool and/or back to room. The lock on the Ladies room out by the pool was wonky and once I got it to lock, I had issues getting it unlocked and thought I might need to phone for help, but I finally got out.

Front desk staff was exceptional and prime location. Not far from Old San juan, la Placita an other locations. Beach one block away. Walgreen and CVS right across the street and all restaurants and shops around the block from the hotel. Two casino's in either direction 3 blocks from hotel.

Housekeeping wasn't up to par. Didn't clean our room one time even though we told the front desk and we heard her call to tell them. Also for some strange reasons when they did they always forget to replace our wash cloths and floor mat towels.They only left towels. We went through this for the four day's we were there.
