Coral Princess Hotel

The hotel is small, art deco, stylish, with lovely plants everywhere. Quite individual. Rooms were a good size, with good bathrooms and a fridge. Daily maid service with changed towels. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was serve-yourself - 2 sorts of bread, toaster, butter, jam (which ran out on my last day), and coffee in an urn. And fruit - apples, plums, pears. There was a microwave and a fridge, a sink, utensils, and tables in a shady courtyard to eat it in. Very pleasant! But there were lots of places open at 7 am within five minutes of the hotel if you wanted a hot breakfast. The pool was lovely - small but beautifully landscaped, with loungers, clean and such a pleasure on a hot day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Library, piano, terraces to sit out. Location is terrific - close to restaurants and Condado beach. Staff directed me to another little beach - La Playita - 15 minutes’ walk away where there were no dangerous currents or rocks. Excellent for families and felt safe to leave things on the beach.

That the jam didn’t run out, and the fruit more interesting - pineapple, mango, papaya? But everything else was great. Bring your own beach towel.

The hotel was amazing I’ll surely be back my daughter and I enjoyed our stay our room was quiet and large just amazing 😻 the area was safe and we walked around day and night so traveling with a 7 yr I felt great in this area so close to many wonderful restaurants you must try the oyster shack we loved it not only was the staff amazing and assist in every way even kept my luggage upon check out as to go on a tour and due to my child hurting herself and we were in ICU for 5 hrs the hotel kept my luggage all was good and I was able to obtain our belongings and move to our Nxt hotel I must say this will be my go to hotel at this point the WiFi worked great as I worked from my room with no issues it was quiet and clean and yes they do clean daily so again thank you coral princess we loved our stay and the hotel staff oh and the beach is 900 feet walk yahhhh this hotel is AMAZING 😻 LOVE THEM

We liked the location of the hotel, just a few walks from the beach, Walgreens, CVS and cafes & restaurants. It's easy to book uber from here. It is very clean and smells clean as well. Toiletries are enough. The cleaning staff is proactively asking if you would like your room to be cleaned/refilled with toiletries. We were surprised and pleased with a free toast and coffee which was not mentioned when we booked the room. The AC is very powerful. We also liked the garden vibe of the hotel.

The standard room is a bit small for its price. There is no in-room drinking water/mini bar or vault for your valuables.

There are many things done really well at this hotel! The staff were very kind and attentive and someone is at the front desk 24/7. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was really nice. Rooms have A/C. The courtyard is beautiful and has places to sit and relax. I didn't use the pool, but it looked great and was used by many guests. Location is unbelievably good, very walkable! Very easy to come and go. English/español.

They aren't doing breakfast for covid safety, and the packed breakfast they offered instead was basically gas station snacks. I went out for breakfast at one of the many restaurants that are close by each day instead. :)

Given how expensive San Juan has become, Coral Princess provides decent value. For a small independent hotel it has a surprising amount of terraces and lounges, one of them with a piano and a book exchange. There's a kitchen with a microwave. The swimming pool is good for aquagym. I liked my room because it faced East and gave onto a parking lot, so that although it didn't have a "view" it was nice & bright (however, most rooms in this hotel are quite dark). It's a short hop to Condado Beach and within walking distance of a supermarket and the Art Museum.

The breakfast bag was fine but always contained the exact same items. I didn't always succeed in getting a hot shower. Some of the art work was really awful.

I loved absolutely everything. The staff was amazing and super nice. The room was clean and very comfortable equipped with a tv and a refrigerator as well. The location was perfect, there are multiple restaurants, beaches and a Walgreens within walking distance. The pool and the pool table were really fun and there's also a piano in case you want to use it. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

the staff were incredible. the location was close to everything in Condado but it felt very private when you were in the hotel. it was quiet. the roof top patio was clean with ample seating. the pool was also clean and private

the water temperature. In the shower ot is an adventure as the temperature will swing from freezing to extremely hot many times. we could have used a blanket

The location was great for us, easy access to beach and airport. Enjoyed the roof terrace and the swimming pool. Rooms were clean and beds were awesome.

We were a little disappointed in the size of the room, it is smaller than most 2 double or queen size rooms and made it a little harder to get around each other. Also a lack of places to put our suitcases, just no place to set them. We don't like putting them on the floor to take out/put in clothes. Would have been nice if there was a counter or several table together to set them on.

Our stay at the hotel went smoothly. The front desk receptionists were very helpful and caring. Room were clean on a daily basis. The terrace and pool were nice also. Very quite and peaceful in the hotel.

We arrived at 2am at night and the guards did not speak English so it was a little difficult to communicate with them but fortunately they called someone who spoke English and connected us to settle us in our room.

The staff is amazing i give everyone 10/10. From the morning to the overnight staff. Everyone was really helpful. My phone got stolen not from the facility but outside. The staff really showed love and I couldn't be more grateful. I came alone but didn't feel alone. Once I told the staff what happened everyone was helpful in some way. Im back home and was able to still enjoy PR. Highly recommend this Hotel! It was the Hospitality for me!
