Ciqala Luxury Suites - San Juan

Clean and large rooms with a comfortable bed, large TV and dining area. Good shower with hot water. We enjoyed having breakfast served to our room and the space to relax freely. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely place but not worth the money tbh.

The pool on the rooftop was more for show as there were no sunbeds and no one swimming while the restaurant was open. We managed a quick dip before 11am when no one was around but it wasn't the relaxing infinity pool I was hoping for. Breakfast was decent but our orders were wrong on both mornings. The phone in the room didn't work so we had to physically go downstairs to talk to staff.

The hotel room was perfect for what we needed. Spacious for a party if 5 family. The location was a little scary -not in a good location. But once you go in, the presidential room is like an apartment, well kept too. The bed sheets had food crumbs and few of the towels were stained but we called and they brought us new towels on the door. The restaurant upstairs Ether has an amazing view and the food is prepared very well. Tasty! Yummy! Also, since we went in times of CIVID, we liked that they made a list of reservation per room (per family) to separate the pool facilities. So we had the pool for ourselves for an hour.

It was spacious enough for two people. The staff were very nice and accommodating, however. I would definitely stay here again if they bring the cost down.

It's nice but too pricy for the location and amenities offered. We got the luxury suite without a balcony. It was spacious enough for two people but wasn't as clean as it should have been. Other people's hair was in the sheets and in the bathroom. The sofa had seen better days.

My room had a really bad leak from the air conditioner so the couch was soak and it was a puddle of water behind the couch

this is a very nice hotel in San Juan, located not far from the beach and some shops and restaurants, the hotel itself is very nice, rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, breakfast was good and tasty, there is even a parking, which is nice , the reception staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely a good choice.

The staff was amazing! So friendly, accommodating and informative. They Breakfast was good! The rooftop is dope! The pool small and Intimate!

I didn’t like that it was only one elevator working good thing I stayed on the first floor so I took the stairs mostly. Also, my room didn’t look how I expected from the website.

the location was great the rooftop restaurant was nice with a gorgeous view of San Juan and the food was so delicious the best I’ve had while I stayed there and the hospitality was excellent

breakfast for room service they give you during your stay wasn’t too good and the fact they come in your room even when you didn’t request room service and they threw my papers away without asking

We loved the room, it was very spacious and beautiful.

What we did not like was that we waited more than 20 minutes to be served in the restaurant under the sun.
