Hotel Centro Los Braseros

The hotel facilities were excellent with a first class restaurant and fabulous breakfast. Extremely good value as well. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

The parking situation was the only let down. We couldn't reserve parking and arriving late after a long journey, had to park on the road nearby.

Very good location right in the centre of the town, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel comes with private parking but it was full so we parked outside in the square for free. Super friendly staff, everyone was very nice and chatty. Made us feel really welcome and were happy to recommend good places to eat. Nice spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Bathroom was pretty good too.

Breakfast the following morning was dismal. Not much to choose from, stale croissants, toasters looked like they’d never been cleaned. Not all the plates/spoons/mugs were clean either

Burgos was beautiful to walk around and this hotel was near the square. The room was good but not as clean as the other hotels we had stayed in. The staff were excellent, the lady that greeted us showed us how to get motorbikes into garage, she offered help and was lovely, next morning my husband had not been well so I asked if I could take breakfast to room, the staff responsible for overseeing the dining area helped me, she was so kind.

I didnt think the room was as clean as it should have been, there were items left by last customer on the desk, I would have normally spoken to staff but as husband not well my priority was him.

All the people that attended us were really friendly and polite: the first girl that attended us at the reception desk, the girl at the breakfast buffet, and the one that did the check out, were all great. We stayed there with the dog, and it was a great stay, near the old town and the cathedral. We left the car in their parking and we just walked from there everywhere. There also lot of places to eat nearby, and some of them accept dogs.

I have no complains about the hotel. I would have liked to keep the dog at the breakfast place, but that was not allowed (but that is ok, because is not easy to have places to eat where you can stay with the dog).

room was very clean and beds comfy and the location was great

unfortunetly we arrived at checkout time but our room took over 90 minutes to be ready for us to go in so we waited in the front desk area with no other of a drink or food while we waited. We also could not charge our phones at night due to a ringing noise when the key card was in the light switch.

Great location for exploring a city which proved to be one of our favourites as we drove through Spain. Great little cafe bar was good value and popular locally which we enjoyed.

The property is basic needing some minor repair but clean and to be honest it just added to the authentic charm.

The hotel is perfectly located, near the city center and moreover it’s close to many services like banks and laundromats that are very useful especially for those who are walking the Camino de Santiago. The staff is excellent, ready to help and really fast. The room is great, really nice with a modern style that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The bed was very good, comfortable and you could choose between various type of pillows. The best part about the room is definitely the restroom, very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you may need. An added value to it is definitely a beautiful bathtub which is something very nice to find in a small hotel room. The Hotel el Centro is definitely a very good choice when looking for a one to two night stay in Burgos, definitely the best deal in terms of costs and room provided !

The only thing I feel like mentioning is that the room wasn’t soundproof and the noise that came from other rooms or corridors could be heard clearly.

Short walk from the old town

Parking a little complicated! Park for free on Sunday (found out after trying to pay via the machine for 10 mins!) close to the hotel entrance (round the back of the hotel) or to unload. 24 hr parking available but didn’t need to use it.

Great hotel close to the town and with an attched cafe/bar with a very pleasant atmosphere. The girl at the front desk when we arrived couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and is real asset to the place. The location is very central and for a good quality reasonably priced hotel is a greta place to stay.

Perfect and extra quiet location in the old center of the city. Walking distance to bus station. The furniture is very modern and of good quality.

We had some issues with the key card but the person attending solved it with good humor.
