This was a great stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location although the town didn’t seem too interesting. The shops on walking street either out of business or not appealing. The hotel had most amazing bicycle parking with electric plugs and cleaning station even tire pump.

The girl at check in was a bit indifferent, went through the motions without trying to be engaging. Next shift super helpful guy and in morning another who was helpful and friendly. The restaurant menu was subpar. Fries appeared to be reheated, meat was tender but had lots fat and sinewy parts. The restaurant is totally under staffed. Amazingly the waitress was patient and polite in spite of many tables.

the breakfast was excellent even if we should complete from the previous day the list concerning the food wich prefer to consume; in any case this is in favor of the economy and demonstrates an environmental concern. The quality of the food was excellent and most important the smiling face of Jorje who served us. It was a good start of our day!

It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel which was in a small street beside the main road. In the façade there was the label with the name of the hotel but in fact there was a synonymous restaurant; we could pass through the restaurant and reach the hotel, but nobody informed us.

Hotel is close to the Camino. Bed was comfortable, AC worked properly, great water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Our room overlooked the plaza so it was a nice view. The cafes, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance along with the churches. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast the next morning and there was plenty of food to start us on the Camino - eggs, bacon, bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, pastries, etc. The hotel was a perfect one night stop.

Very modern and nice hotel. The restaurant and the breakfast are very good.Really I do not know why is rated only 2 stars. Should be 3 stars at least. The stuff very polite and speaks English. Thanks a lot for Hosting us and our luggage🙏

I missed very much a fridge in the room. It was very hot outside ; no possibility to have cold water in the room; only if you are buying from the bar and late night is not possible:(

The staff were exceptional at this cute hotel in a great location for the Camino trail. Jorge was so helpful and friendly and spoke fluent English having worked in London for 8 years. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Facilities were very comfortable and loved having a private terrace to our room to relax within after a day’s walk. The breakfast was amazing as well. Would highly recommend.

Stepping out the door right back onto the Camino was certainly appreciated early in the morning before having coffee. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean which are the two things I care about above all other things.

I spent most of my day wondering whether I'd paid twice for my room since I paid in the evening using my card and then was asked to pay again the following morning choosing to pay in cash. My card worked fine every single time I used it afterward so it must have been a glitch in the system. If it wasn't for that I'd seriously have rated the hotel as the best one I stayed in between Porto and Santiago.

The STAFF! All questions were patiently answered and helpful suggestions given. property has two restaurants. one in a terrace overlooking lively street life. great for enjoying a refreshing beverage and people watching.

the hand held shower nozzle in my shower was not properly working. it worked but water flows was erratic.

very central, clean and modern. we felt like we were the first couple to use the room. everything is beautifully renovated and decor. the bathroom is excellent. the reception is kind and friendly.

Lovely room which was clean but we were cold overnight with no duvets provided, just blankets. Nice hot shower. Reception initially the person was not very friendly but the evening receptionist was and this made up for it.

Hotel could give you the option of duvets and consider an additional vegetarian option for the restaurant as there was only one.

Good size room and mini balcony. Used restaurant earlier when less busy and we enjoyed the food. Jasper grilled fish was tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very handy for Camino. Lovely building.
