Hotel La Palma de Llanes

The 3 in our party arrived from the Cameno walk soaking wet after torrential rain. Laura, working at the reception went out of her way to ensure that our things were washed and dried before we left the following day. Really excellent and very personable service . The ladies in the morning we’re also very helpful to us. I am very pleased that we chose to stay at this great hotel

I felt sorry for the barman in the hotel bar, who was inundated with requests for drink and food. However I was told (by other guests) that the evening of our stay (Saturday) was exceptionally busy. He could have used an additional pair of hands on the night, though

Modern hotel attractively decorated. Very clean with good facilities. Helpful staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed because they had a wedding party, but the cafeteria gave us room service with an excellent goats cheese salad and a delicious pizza. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Good location for Santander ferry - 50 minutes. Free parking in front of hotel just below our balcony.

Staff are friendly and were a huge help. The rooms are spacious and the pool area a huge positive during hot spells. Breakfast was excellent. Llanes its self was good the explore and more charming than might be supposed. The hotel is ideally located for those touring the picos or journeying west.

Nothing. The restaurant was not available or during our stay as it is only opened during high season.

The best staff I have ever encountered on my trips they couldn’t do enough for us from checking in to checking out the receptionist gave us a map and showed us where the best place’s to eat were they printed off our passenger location forms with no fuss the young girl serving behind the bar couldn’t do enough she wouldn’t even let me carry my round of drinks to our table she was trying to improve her English which was good anyway and asked us would we speak English to her so she could practice she also had the greatest smile

An excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, and kept that way by attentive staff. My room was comfortable with silent air conditioning, was very spacious and had a balcony.

A tiny bit further from town than I thought (we walked in and out). Room lovely but a bit noisy: we were warned and given the chance to upgrade; in hindsight we should have but entirely our choice as it was only for one night

Modern, clean, comfortable, great location, FABULOUS staff! Lucia at the front desk and culinary master Pedro took care of everything for us. We never left the property.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Good breakfast, nice pool. It is a bit far from the main area of Llanes but easy to drive or walk (20-30 minutes walk). Appreciated the charging station for our car.

Cleanliness and breakfast choice were amazing. The staff were wonderful. Mountain views were stunning
