Abba Madrid

Excellent location above Cartagena metro. Easy connections all over the city. They were able to accommodate an early arrival and a late departure which absolutely helped us do more in the city. They also upgraded us to a top floor suite with a view of the mountains and the northern part of the city. Bathroom was large and clean. Bed comfy. perfect stay for 2 nights. There are many restaurants in all price ranges within a 4 block radius. Supermarket 50 m from back door. We’ve been to Madrid several times and decides to stay outside the core tourist area. Very glad we did.

Breakfast was steep at 17 euros but there is a cafe and pastry shop within 50 m for 1/4 the price.

The room was really nice, clean,very spacious and comfortable. For people who are planning to use the metro every day, you have 2 stations (one in front of the hotel and another at 3 minutes walking) from where you can get the city center easily and fast. About the Breakfast we just had 1 breakfast at the hotel (17 euros per person) which wasn´t expensive for the offer. Alternatively, you can have breakfast outside the hotel in a very nice coffee shop Granier (2 minutes walking distance) .

Nothing important to register

The rooms were well maintained and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and they did everything to accommodate us! The location was also good, a 7 min walk from Avenida de America metro station and a one-minute walk to Cartegena metro station. There's also a Lidl store near by incase you needed anything.

The AC could be improved, but also considering Madrid and the heatwave it was very good. The breakfast timings can also be extended to 11AM instead of 10:30.

we liked the hotel, the room was very big and the bathroom was hygenic. everything was good!

the only bother was that the breakfast was the same each time. for tourists who come for at least a week and more, they should have more options in the food section.. it became quit boring

7/10............ Great view over looking Madrid. Large, spacious room with lots of storage space. Big bathroom with lots of toiletries and large soft bath towels. Huge comfortable bed with great pillows and sheets.

5/10............ Front of House could be little more warm, welcoming and attentive, never received eye contact and always felt rushed when speaking with them as if I were disturbing them. Constant banging of bedroom doors day and night.

WThe hotel is clean, tidy with excellent staff and outstanding breakfast. It is between 2 metro stops which makes it easy to get every where. There's very little noise coming in through the double glazing window- those who complained probably can't sleep anywhere within a big city. You want to get it all - pay triple

We couldn't control the room temperature

The biggest problem was the temperature in the room, it was like 23 degrees and hard to fall asleep, if you are from Countries where in general it's colder then during winter here without air conditioning can be hard.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Brilliantly located to the bus station, the hotel was a pleasure and definitely will be recommend. It will be our future Madrid stay next year. Great place, well done your team. 👍👍. George and Sandra

Nice hotel, we were upgraded on check in to a suite so yes the hotel was nice! A little bit away from the centre but a short 20min trip on the metro and you’re in the centre of Madrid

Location, although we knew this when booking so can’t really be a negative.

This Hotel is very very good, they clean the room everyday, the Staff are very nice , breakfast was very good but expensive! I am very happy with ABBA Hotel! You should to go in this Hotel!
