The location of the hotel is the best. The metro station named Tribunale is 5 minutes walk. The city centre is a 10-minute walk. There are a lot of shops, grocery stores and food shops near the hotel. The cleaning level of the room is excellent. The breakfast was very good.

The size of my room was tiny. The bed was a kid-size, not a king-size. Every time I turned in my bed, thinking that just I would fall. But when I booked my room, everything was written in the confirmation in contrast to the reality.

Very nice location, very close to Grand Via and other popular streets in Madrid. Very nice and spacious terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom looks very nice.

The room is very small, is it hard to find a spot to place your luggage without having to jump over it in order to move around the room. Also the desk and closet area is "crowded" Also, the furniture is a bit damaged( mostly the "leather" parts of the bed and the sofa chair.) There are scratches. You can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also you can hear the people in other rooms. The door doesn't have a lock.

Location was placed nicely and convenient on what we wanted to do. We had an extremely helpful receptionist named Migel, had everything sorted in seconds and was kind

Air conditioning was good but could have been better

Most everythings.The room was big with lot of lights everywhere, nice wardrobe,fridge,iron facility and safety box.The bathroom was also quite big with wonderful shower.Nice mattress with 2 soft comfortable pillows.Breakfast was tasty with two type of hot foods,salami,cheese and lot of cakes,fresh fruits,yogurt.Coffee not the best, only expresso was ok.Location in the city center, near Tribunal metro station and not far from famous Gran Via with shops, restaurants,bars.Most of the reception and breakfast staff very kind.

I didn't like, as soon I checked in and payed full price of my 5 nights, 200 euros with my credit card and remain 404 euros with my husband debit card, the reception man gave me a receipt and it show paid 200 but total to pay still 404.Of course I asked explanation and gave me the right receipt with the total has been paid.No sorry for his mistake if it was or deliberately did this mistake?Also in the room was a kettle with coffee,tea,camomille,but on second day, no tea or camomille,sugar and on third day, tray was empty,if also I left a note in spanish.Also cups hadn't been washed,with coffee stain on the bottom

Located near metro, good restaurants and shops.

I didn’t like that the staff assumed my dad was my partner and assigned us a room with one bed when I had clearly booked a room with twin beds. We arrived early from a long hour flight and we still had to wait until the check in time for a room. Then, we had to wait even longer because they had given us the wrong room. At the end, they were able to give us a room with twin beds but it’s not okay for them to not pay attention to the reservation’s preferences and make people wait after a long trip.

The hotel was conveniently located in a very nice area of Tribunal, and nearby Tribunal Metro station as well as mercado (market). It is also nearby areas where you can find variety of restaurants shopping. The hotel room is very nice, the bed is so comfortable, it has a nice balcony although it is better to enjoy it in late afternoon to evening, as during the summer day it is very hot. The room is very spacious to our standard, so that we can easily place our luggages and other necessities without any trouble. The room also has a foldable sofabed that is comfortable enough to sleep on. Other facilities such as wifi is fast, the room has coffee machine, amenities, two sinks in the bathroom, a very spacious bathroom indeed, safe deposit box is available and working properly. Walking at night in the area is also very safe. At one night, my wife and I walked around the area just to enjoy the night at a very late time in the night, we walked around the area confortably and peacefully without being nervous about safety.

The receptionist is unavailable at late night which at that time we would like to ask if they had a corkscrew but no one was available. I can't think of other thing bad about the property.

Perfect location, close to all popular attractions and restaurants and bars.

Breakfast items took a very long time to be replenished therefore you will end up having to choose from what is left over otherwise you will have to wait hoping that staff will come out with new items. Staff were very hardworking, clearing tables and greeting guests. They are very helpful too. Great selection for people with various food allergies or dietary requirements. Room was always very clean, bed was comfortable too. My favourite was the excellent shower jet system! Amazing!

3 things. 1. way too many light switches.At least 20. very annoying. 2. Security wise the deck door was faulty and would not secure so did not sleep well. Balconies easily accessible to neighbours. 3. I booked a room next night, a different room. Room was not ready so was told to remain in current upgraded room for standard price. I mentioned broken balcony door again.A maintenance man did try to fix but said there were problems. Then looking at my Amex statement looks like I was charged for an upgrade.

Loved the location of the hotel, it was in the Centre and walking distance to everything, there were a lot of complementary items which made up for the room size which was great. Still loved the décor doh.

We visited a lot of hotels during our trip to Spain and this was the most expensive we paid and didn't feel it was value for money thinking paying over 150 per night would get a quite decent room, but it was comfortable and clean otherwise. enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location. The room size was big compared to average European hotel room. It had big windows. Working space. Big bath.

I didn't like the strage smell that came from room. And didn't like the breakfast. As they offer only egg, beacon mushroom and 1 type or sausages so 4 hot dishes and 20 types of sweets and fruits. So if you don't want to eat cakes in the morning that you sould eat the same egg everyday.
