The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean.

The rooms need some major renovations. They look like they’re from the 70’s. No available plugs next to the bed. I had to unplug the lamp on the desk in order to charge my phone. The air conditioning was very noisy and inefficient. I decided not to use it after two days. There was a man screaming like crazy and cursing on the 2nd floor. Very loudly and even at 23:00. By the way, I can’t upload photos on this app.

The Best thing is the very polite and helpful staffs. Even the cleaning staffs were always smiley and asked if we need anything like toilet papers or shampoos. The location is very close to the center and just a minute away from the nearest train station named "Tribunal". There's a big grocery store just a minute away from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby. The area is vibrant and seems like never sleep as we saw people chatting, playing and eating even at 3 am while we were checking in, but you cannot hear anything from the hotel room as the rooms have sound proofing (we stayed on 4th floor). The room was pretty spacious for us and with good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. The toilet is good in size and they even provide shaving kits and dental kits, which is awesome. The best of all in the room is the comfy bed and very comfortable pillows. We slept like a baby. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay.

The only thing we missed is a working table/computer table/dinning table and chairs as I had to do some work related things. There's a coffee table infront of a comfortable couch but it was too low. Also we felt uncomfortable while we were eating as that was the only table in the room and it was very lower than the sitting position. I would like to suggest another thing and that is, as it is an apartment hotel with equipped kitchen, even it has a fridge but it does not contain any freezing compartment. As you provided a refrigerator, it would be better to provide the one which has small freezing compartment to put frozen pizzas or ice creams. Madrid's temperature were 30° C - 40° C during our stay, so we felt the need of the freezing compartment in the fridge.

The place was really clean. Our room had an amazing view of the history Museum of Madrid. The location was really good and there was a grocery shop on the same street. We didn't expect to have a small kitchen space (microwave, sink, utensils, stoves) but it was really useful. We could buy food from the shop and cook. The staff were really nice.

As everybody in these reviews says, a strong cigarette smell hits you once you enter the room. And bathroom too and it doesn't go away even if you open a window. You get used to it thought.

Stayed for 4 nights October 2022. The hotel had basic amenities, including elevators. There were however some flight of steps one had to negotiate to get to the elevators but the staff were kind enough to help carry our luggage through the flight of steps. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the stores along the Gran Via. There were also many stores and restaurants just outside of the hotel. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Good value for money.

The toilet bowl had some flashing problems. There was a technique to it.

The location was really great, nearby to Gran Vía and everything fun; and the staff (be it front desk and housekeeping) was really amazing! They had great suggestions, from where to eat, how to go around, sightseeing and partying!

The noise! The walls are paper thin m, you can hear next door neighbors; and the street was really loud even past 4 AM in the weekend. Also the safe is small, don’t expect it to fit the iPad.

The location is amazing! Right by the metro, supermarket, hipster district and tons of excellent restaurants to choose from. Definitely coming back for another stay. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Like many other reviews, yes, this place is old and needs lots of work. Actually they closed the entire 4th floor for renovation, so they are doing something about it. Workers started work at 9am, drilling and other noisy work. So probably not ideal if you want to sleep in late.

the hotel is very central and close to everything. the metro station is few steps away from the hotel and it is connected to the line that takes you to the airport. the hotel is surrounded by shopping area, restaurants, pubs, a pharmacy, and many pubs.

Nothing unexpected. the hotel listed clearly what they have and what they don’t. the walls are a bit thin and you can hear noise through. but i assume in most old constructed places the issue is similar. some people complained about the air condition but in my room it was working properly.

Very nicely located (1 Minute to Metro station Tribunal), desk personnel really friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean. The location was generally very God as many things were withing walking distance.

It was a bit hard to find sockets to charge my phone and half of them did not work. I put the sign to make up the room out one day before leaving bc I saw the cleaning trolly and person in front of the room. When coming back in the evening the roo. Was still the same even though I am sure they saw me put out the sign.

Excellent location close to everywhere. In the centre and in a lively area, but no noises were heard from the room,due to double glazing windows. Tribunal subway station is exactly opposite the hotel .Extremely helpful receptionists especially Diego and the lady (don't know her name), who speak very good english. Hope to visit Tribunal again.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment, but it is good value for money and nothing to complain about.

The location is really close to a metro station and is on a fairly quiet side street.

The decor and fittings are outdated. One plug would only work when a particular light was switched on. Although the mini kitchen was great to have, I think health and safety would have a field day with the siting of the electric plug for the kettle next to the sink.
