The property was modern, clean and fresh The welcome was very warm and the lady on the reception desk was fantastic The breakfast was plenty in choice and the dining room was constantly kept clean and tidy by the one man we saw on duty.

Garage was a bit of an experience, you drove into a lift on the street level and it took you below ground. The area was built up and it was in a city residential area Away from the historic area of Palencia

bed was amazing. front desk worked with my inability to speak spanish and was very friendly I would stay here again.

I was led to believe that a restaurant was on site. While there was a restaurant was available to order room service it was not a sit down restaurant. I only mention this as a possible improvement. I would gladly stay there again. There were many places to eat within a 2 minute walk.

The localisation, the cozy entrance with its lounge and bar and the room that they gave me on the top floor that, although small, had a luxurious terrace but I missed an armchair and a small table to enjoy it

In my opinion, the bathtub in the bathroom is superfluous, there is not even time to take a bath and given the existing water problem in the world it is almost immoral, otherwise everything is perfect!

Excellent room and facilities. The breakfast had everything you could want for a Spanish buffet presentation. The Covid care package was fully implemented. Parking in the underground facility is an adventure. From a narrow street you have to negotiate into a car lift. Check with reception that your vehicle will fit before attempting it! My KIA Carens just about made it!

Cannot think of anything to complain about. It was perfect for an overnight stay driving south from the Santander ferry.

The reception staff were friendly and fluent in Spanish (as you might expect) and English. Good on street parking nearby but, if you have a full car that needs some privacy, their own parking is only 10 euros a night - much less than others. Yes, it's a lift not a ramp, but aim straight and it's easy. We travel often via Palencia and will be back.

Location was good, and check in was fast and easy.

The rooms were a bit outdated. Breakfast was running out 20 mins before closure and they didn't refill the food that had run out so options were very limited.

The bathroom was really big and spacious. The room had lovely lighting. And the lounge was quite comfortable to sit in.

The lounge also was facing the main doors which makes it slightly less comfy to sit in.

Really lovely little hotel, close to Palencia & everything we wanted to see. Great room done to high standard & good value for money. Staff very helpful & friendly.

Parking quite the experience! You have to use a lift to the right of the hotel & our car was a bit long so getting in was a tad stressful! However, it was secure🤣

Good location to walk into the centre. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, good bathroom with toiletries. The lady on reception explained how we could park round the back . Good place to stop on way to ferry. City centre well worth visiting

We couldn't use the garage parking as our car was too long. Although the bar was open when we came back after dinner there was no one around so we couldn't get a drink

The room was comfy, beds as required, staff helpful, it was easy to get to the hotel. The parking was very important for us hence the reason of choice. We were not disappointed. Breakfast was good.

As my partner has difficulty to walk the lift from the garage would've been of a great help.
