Nakar Hotel

The staff were exceptional! From the start they were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. During our stay, every time we passed any staff member, they would greet us with a smile. Apart from that, the hotel is just gorgeous. Both my partner and I were so impressed at how lovely and modern everything was, so perfectly and thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, comfy bed and lovely accessories. The rooftop pool was so clean and lovely temperature with a wonderful view over the rooftops and to the cathedral. The use of space and the decor around the pool created such a chilled vibe and super relaxing experience. The hotel is in the perfect location. It is so close to the trendy streets of old town and all the lovely restaurants and bars just a short stroll away. We just loved every minute of our stay at the Nakar Hotel and will definitely be back!

Very clean and stylish room. The breakfast was really good! Very friendly and helpful staff! I would recommend this place to anyone that is thinking of staying in Palma! Parking wasn't too difficult, just an underground spot up the street.

I would say just a heads up that you can't park outside the hotel unless you are a lucky enough to find a parking spot out front. Also we drove by the place twice because the signage is very subtle so maybe they should make a louder sign.

Ideal location to see the best of Palma on foot. All of the hotel staff were charming, friendly and professional. We had room 54 with balcony overlooking front of hotel. Had everything you need in a bedroom, very happy with it. Breakfast was excellent. Ordered taxis with reception as attending family wedding and to airport and they were there within 10 minutes. Would without doubt recommend this hotel and definitely will return!

The Roof top pool was absolutely amazing, just a shame that some people are not very considerate, so they had multiple phone conversations with the loudspeaker on..... I would suggest the hotel to have a sign saying no phone conversations. You can just go to your room instead if you need to make a call.

Excellent location in the city center, close to restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast, make sure to ask for fried eggs. Wonderful views of the cathedral and the city at their rooftop with a small dipping pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Booked a room with a jacuzzi in the patio, which was lovely after day-long walking around Palma. Loved the clean, simple, and modern look and feel of the hotel and the rooms.

The rooms are small, but expected for most hotels in the city center. The coffeemaker in the room did not work, but ended up having coffee at the restaurant upstairs.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location in Old Town with wonderful views across the bay from every table in the the Level 8 restaurant. Well-designed rooms with huge comfortable beds, decent storage , a quiet and responsive air-con system and openable windows. The connecting rooms via a shared mini lobby made very clever use of space and were remarkably quiet. We loved the Milton Brown toiletries too. Helpful and friendly staff.

Decent buffet style breakfast, but most boutique hotels offer some form of supplementary breakfast menu. I would have loved the option of a poached egg, an omelette, or an avocado toast.

Staff excellent, especially the front desk. Roof top pool is great, although may be adding menus with QR codes for ordering drinks instead of having to go down to the restaurant is an idea. Location is perfect for restaurants and sights.

Breakfast not great, eggs awful but you can order an omelette which saves the day. Pastries appear to be low quality type not what you would expect from a 'luxury' hotel. Need a poolside menu with QR codes for ordering instead of going to the restaurant. Pool towels should be in the room and replaced with room cleaning.

The Nakar Hotel is very clean and modern and stylish. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially with kids. The room is spacious, the window insulation is fantastic. Our room was facing the main road and we couldn't here a single thing with the windows closed. The bed is comfy and very large, the mini bar and room service menu is top and the rain shower is so spacious you won't want to leave it. The rooftop pool is quite small but infinity style with a beautiful view of the cathedral and sea. You get an equally good view from the restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff make you feel very welcome.

I love Nakar hotel. Perfect location. Perfect room and the jacuzzi was nice. I love everything about the room. Especially the bathroom products and the minibar options were satisfactory. It was my birthday and I even received a surprise cava from the Nakar Hotel Team with a lovely card saying "Happy birthday". It made my day. I felt special. Thank you very much. I recommend the room. The bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows in it. The room is a smart room and you can find every little thing that you might need during your stay. I like the breakfast and the view from the rooftop. There is a pool too.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel room with jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff at the hotel is really excellent and deserved 5 stars! The food, which you can order in your room, was excellent! Especially the mini burgers! You have to try them. Simply unbelievable. The drinks from the bar were top! The breakfast buffet was small but had a great selection and everything tasted great. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The view from the restaurant is also really unique! Too bad it was too cold to open the side walls. The whirlpool was great and clean. We could see that the whirlpool was refilled for every guest. The hotel has an excellent central location and there is an affordable parking garage a few metres away (across the river). We rented a car and paid about 24 euros per day for the parking. Absolutely reasonable in my opinion. The beds are super comfortable and the pillow selection is also top. The staff immediately fulfilled each of our wishes. We could even write online and a few seconds later a staff member was at the door with the solution for our problem. Now the best: the daily cleaning of the rooms is really excellent. The cleaning is impeccable and everything is replenished. I have rarely experienced such good room cleaning! Really bravo! Dear Nakar Hotel, you have great staff! I would immediately go back to the hotel if I had to visit Mallorca.

The only point which was not so top: the rooms. Our room could have really used some freshening up. There were some wooden parts in the bathroom, which probably got soaked with water over time and looked therefore really not nice anymore. The terrace was also a bit outdated (the sun deck). The room was also rather small. Additionally, the rooms are also a bit noisy. But it is well bearable compared to all the positive aspects.
