Hotel San Lorenzo - Adults Only

This hotel is in a very characterful building in a great location for accessing all the local sights, restaurants and bars and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and catered for all tastes. In all these areas the hotel lived up to our expectations.

We were allocated room number 3 at the very top and in the front of the hotel, which is located in a narrow cobbled alleyway. It was extremely noisy as there was building work going on from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm in the building directly opposite and we were unable to keep our windows open let alone try and have a siesta. We told the hotel about the problem but were not offered an alternative room. More importantly, the shower in this room is dangerous as one minute it is the correct temperature and the next it is literally scalding hot, so beware!

After changing rooms because of a problem with the toilet the upgrade was excellent. It was a much larger room on the first floor so not so many steps. The bed was large and comfortable.We didn't use the pool but the area was clean with comfortable sun beds. Pool towels were provided. All 3 members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. They were extremely hard working. The breakfast was varied and excellent with eggs being freshly cooked. The hotel was located centrally and everything was walking distance.

To reach the first room there were a lot of steep stairs. Everything else was excellent

This little and charming adult only hotel with only 10 rooms is a good choice for a city break in Palma. It's well located for major attractions. The beautiful pool area (see my attached photo) is ideal to switch off and relax after a long and hot day in Palma. Breakfast was another highlight - a good range of quality cold items plus eggs cooked to order. Our room (no 7) was cosy and comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. The building was well located in the old town, down a nice cobbled quiet street. The hotel is a nice mix of old and new, with lovely decor throughout. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The heating was good and the room was cleaned well each day. The breakfast was great, staff were brilliant, and it had a great boutique feel due to the number of rooms. Would love to visit in the summer to use the pool.

Due to the age of the building, the hot water was tempermental, but it was not an aissue.

The perfect stay in Palma de Mallorca, I would have stayed there for a week if I could... The hotel and the rooms are so beautiful, decorated with great taste. Everything is super high quality: the pool area is absolutely dreamy, quiet and really exceeded my expectations, the breakfast is also delicious, varied and with quality ingredients. Love that the hotel is for adults only as well, super well located in a quiet area. I will definitely come back!

I really liked everything... The only that could be a problem for some people is the stairs and the fact that there is no elevator. But not a problem for us.

Nice little hotel with a lot of stairs ;) Clean Room with enough space, nice little braekfast and friendly and helpful Stuff. There was a little Pool area with was very nice and clean even though we coud not use it so much because it seemed that some guests didn‘t leave the beachchairs during our hole stay ;) Probably the bar service at the pool must have been really nice ;) The location was very nice, you could walk to the city, restaurants and the beach.

It was like an oasis in the middle of the city. We felt like we had a private pool because our room was just in front of it. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing during the day and for dining or for going out drinking at night. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and there was a couple of choices to choose from. Lastly, the staff were so courteous and hardworking.

At this price point, complimentary water in the room would have been nice. I wasn't able to control the aircon and would have liked the room to be slightly warmer at night. Small criticisms, this really is a great hotel and I would definitely return.

I was unsure about this hotel when I booked, it's more expensive than my usual hotel stays. I'm glad I picked it though. The location is great, I walked everywhere. It's a beautiful old building, tastefully converted to a small hotel. My room was off the small garden/pool area. It was the beautiful outdoor area that made me pick this hotel, but actually the photos don't do justice to the rooms which are also very nicely done. My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is soooo good, plenty of choice and delicious jamon iberico for those who like a continental breakfast.

Great location in the centre of Palma. A nice property with lots of character. The pool was a definite positive. The breakfast was great and so were the staff.

It’s a little bit on the expensive side but it is august and the hotel is in the centre of the city. Also, the toiletries were a bit basic for the price.

the location was amazing, the building and the pool were great. even after check out we were able to use the pool until the evening, we received pool towels and shower tools to get a refresh before driving to the airport. the stuff was very nice, always helpful.

Our room was leading out to the mall street where also spun us located, it was quite loud at night until around 2-3am… breakfast end 10am was a bit too early for us…
