Hotel AACR Museo

location was excellent. Easy access to 'Old Seville' and the bus station for connections elsewhere. Communication prior to our stay and helpfulness during the stay was really good. Prebooked taxi from airport to hotel worked perfectly. Room air conditioning was appreciated in the heat, as was the pool access on the roof top. Breakfast was good though a little up in price- but the reception ensured we understood costs. As a note, there are local cheaper offsite options. Room fridge was nice. Missed the free coffee option - it was supposed to be available in the afternoon but I'm.not sure how you 'got it' - no tea/ coffee facilities in the rooms. hairdryer in the bathrooms :) room safe pool towels - just needed a returnable deposit

Really lovely and helpful receptionist on duty the first four afternoons we were there. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. Easy to walk into the city centre, or take the No 3 bus five minutes from the hotel, passing along the river if preferred.

Breakfast. It's advertised as starting at 7.30am. We needed to get to the airport so we were there on time. No lights on. No fresh food out. It began to trickle in at 7.35 - 7.40. Cooked eggs only appeared at 7.50. Not acceptable. We would have had our breakfast in the cafe across the road that morning as we had the other days, but it didn't open in time. The pool needs regular attention. It can't have been open long due to the time of year, but there was a green algae line round the water level, which should be cleaned off. A used ashtray on the ground beside the steps into the pool was ignored for four days. Eventually my husband moved it to a table in the seating area.

The bed was comfortable the room was very clean and pleasant.The breakfast lacked frills but had everything we liked. The coffee was nice. The staff were friendly . It was in a great area, close to the centre and with some bars and restaurants close by.

The AC was temperamental. The rooftop pool was lovely but in the sun the artificial grass , the tiles and the metal surrounding the pool got extremely hot. I burned the sole of my foot on the surface when I forgot to put on sandles when I went to put something on the table. I say this only as a warning to others.

Shower needs attention, both shower heads need new washers, or replacing, also the drain in the shower cubicle is slow to drain. I understand the room is for wheelchair access. Im a retired plumber 😎

Great location, close to bus, train station. Situated in the Old Town, 10 mins from stops on the open Top Tour buses. Breakfasts were excellent. The staff were very helpful when ordering taxis, helping us organise our days out there. Seeing the cathedral was the highlight of our trip. Car parking was ok, €16 a day…but only 1 space was available which we bagged!

Earplugs are essential as there were lots of noisy party goers passing our hotel!

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and always there to help. The room was really clean with a very comfortable bed. We absolutely loved making the most of the rooftop pool and sunbathing spot for a few hours one sunny afternoon - what a bonus!

Nothing I didn’t like but one night it was a bit noisy as the rooms connect directly to the main part of the hotel. Not that much of a problem as we were so tired after a busy day exploring Seville. I wouldn’t say this is the fault of the hotel either - it was nice to hear people enjoying themselves!

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is awesome. They're there for you 24/7 to give you a very pleasant stay. My flight got delayed and checking in at 2:00 AM wasn't as problem. Also a very early breakfast wasn't a problem (I stayed here for Sevilla marathon). The hotel is located near the beautiful city center of Sevilla. Only a couple of minutes walk.

I found the hotel to be a bit noisy. From my room the sound of people talking from the main hall was very present as was someone going to the toilet or taking a shower in the room above me. I found the bed to be a bit hard and short for someone of average Dutch height.

The hotel is close to the bus station (5 minutes walk) and the streets are safe even very early in the morning. It is easy to reach train station and airport; the airport shuttle departs from the bus station. The hotel is on a quiet street, my room overlooked the courtyard; during my stay there was no noise from the street. At times other guests could be heard talking in the lobby, but they didn't disturb me since they didn't make noise late at night or very early in the morning. You can easily walk to the major sites in the city. It takes about 5-6 minutes to reach nice cafes and restaurants. The room was warm, I din't use the heating system, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large enough, it had a bathtub and you needed to be careful not to spill the water on the floor while taking shower since there are no moving shower shutters/curtains. There was plenty of hot water and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo were provided. Internet connection was stable and fast.

The staff were friendly and answered questions quickly whilst giving some thought behind it. The location was fantastic. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable

Only downside and it's a minor one but it's a shame the pool wasn't open as it's one of the main photos on the booking.com site

Had a great one night stay. The room was small but spacious enough for a solo traveller, probably would be fine if I had a companion also. The rooftop and pool was amazing to escape the Seville heat. The staff were lovely and welcoming and had no problem with me using the rooftop pool for a couple of hours after checkout. Breakfast was also great.
