The staff. Extremely professional and responsive when we neede them

We had a few nuances related to the apartment being brand new and not having been tested. However, the hotel staff were extremely responsive and did their best to make our stay amazing

Absolutely brilliant hotel, great facilities in the rooms and in the hotel area. The experience Felt very luxury and the staff were really friendly. The receptionists gave us brilliant recommendations for local tapas every night as well as bars. They made it feel like a breeze. The pool was brilliant and the waiter service was great. The room was amazing and such as good value I couldn’t believe it. Brilliant bathroom freebies and also great interiors. We had the penthouse (suite with a terrace) and it was great as it was spread over two floors and gave each of the group the space to chill with or away fe people. The balcony wrapped around and provided great space.

Just needs a few things and touches like a shelf in the shower, welcome manual would have been helpful as Wi-Fi and air con were a bit difficult to figure out. Soap for the kitchenette sink and a sponge. We didn’t have enough glasses for everyone and no wine glasses. At the pool area I think sun beds rather than deckchairs or foot rests as the floor gets soo hot.

everything was fine however there are two pieces of feedback I would like to give. Firstly, there needs to be more loungers around the pool area. remove some of the tables and high tables/chairs and increase the number of loungers. Every afternoon you will see people searching, and failing, to find an available lounger. Secondly, ensure your housekeeping team are actually washing up glasses and cups. the room was cleaned well, beds made and towels replaced however on 3 occasions the cups and glasses used remained unwashed until we did them ourselves. This is unacceptable in a note of this quality.

Lovely clean room with a walk in shower and kitchenette. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral. The Booking.com message was out of date. You no longer pick up the keys at a hotel down the road but from a reception just opposite the apartments. The process was very easy and I was shown the room and facilities. A small issue with the television was fixed in less than half an hour.

There was a washing machine in the room but it was not available for guest use. There was an alternative laundry service but that was too expensive. Facilities in the room or block (such as coin operated washing machines) would have completed what was needed for an apartment stay.

This hotel/ apartment check all boxes for every member of our rather picky group. Lovely, well appointed, modern rooms.  Nespresso machines in every room. Classy, fun bar, amazingly helpful and friendly staff, perfect location; easy walking to Barrio Santa Cruz, main cathedral, many historic sites and plazas, and the river.

Nothing, everything was perfect. I have never said that in a review before. 

Excellent service. The staff was very polite and helpful. The suites are 100 mts from the hotel so you get the hotel service such as vallet parking, 24 Hours reception or breakfast at the hotel. The room was very well decorated and well kept - seems new. Our suite had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 5 beds. Even if 2 beds was a sofa-bed, it worked well for our 13-yo kids. Very close to city centre. Excelent quality toiletries and free Nexpresso coffee. It is located in a very quiet street. Excellent bathrooms.

The area of the apartment was big but a little narrow, but it was not a problem. Since it was on the ground floor, the natural light was somehow scarce.

Excellent location, quiet plaza and close from everything at walking distance. Very nice staff. Nice view from the rooftop, just be aware it's not really a pool per se, but nice area. Super clean, nice basic equipments in the apartments.

The Wifi in the apartment wasn't working well at all unfortunately. It'd be great to have a bit more shade by the pool. Not a lot of space to enjoy and very challenging to stay outside exposed to the sun with such a heat. A bit disappointed there was no gym.

We stayed in the junior suite with terrace and it was spectacular. The staff could not have been more helpful. Location is ideal for exploring the city. Small kitchenette was so useful for making a small breakfast and storing drinks.

The pool area is quite small and gets busy. Be aware that it is a kitchenette not a full kitchen, you wouldn't be able to cook a full meal but why cook in a city with such incredible food on every street!

We were 5 in a suite part ( like an apartment ) . It was nice, very well located in the center, on a beautiful place with gorgeous Jacaranda trees ! The apartment was very clean and nice with a great and very big terrace, we loved the place. Beds were just for us 5 but the personnel was very nice and put an additional single bed without additional cost. They were really helpful

The fact that there was only 1 bathroom/ toilet for the apartment.
