Vincci La Rabida

Location was wonderful. it was a walking distance from almost everything we wanted to visit ... mainly Alcazar and the historical attractions. Reception was good, they were fast and very helpful, as we were a bit tired , we appreciated every saved minute in the check in process.

The tourist service office was quite helpful until we didnt pick up the tours she recommended, she started getting a bit annoyed and not as responsive as she were at the start of the introduction, she cornered us with the "time-trap" you must make up your mind NOW or the office will cancel booking and you wont be able to get another one.. Being tired after long travel make one a bit slower than usual in decision making , so we picked the wrong tour time , and that was a bummer for my wife and I. However, We enjoyed it as much as we could.. it was not a bad experience , though we felt that it was OVERPAID

our hotel is in the middle of the Bull ring and Catherdrel, within walking distance to both with lots of eateries on the way . we was made to feel very welcome, the breakfast was lovely, plenty for you to have in variety and amount you wanted. there was an inside seating area and outside square. we got upgraded to the old convent part of the hotel with an upstairs floor and 4 post bed which was very comfortable. we had a big bathroom and seperate dressing room and walldrobe space. the tourist info lady within the hotel (sorry forgot her name) was amazing and so helpful, our trip would not have gone so smooth with out her. would defiently stay here again, everyone was so helpful...........my only downside was the Essence lunch, needed crackers or bread for the cheese and ham. we would reconmmend booking trips and tours as everything was booked up and we went begining of May. as soon as we got there we did the bus tour and saw places we wanted to go visit....

An amazing hotel, lovely looking, with astonishing views from the rooftop, amazing interior courtyard and great, confy rooms. The place is a true delight and staff friendly, helpful and proactive. All of this is in the heart of the city, a great location to walk to all of Seville’s most beautiful attractions, but also discover great food in the nearby restaurants. Although so central, the surrounding streets are not chaotic or noisy. Highly recommend it, very good value for money.

Only thing standing between this hotel and perfection is, well, soundproofing. Hoping this is something that in time could be improved. A lot of noise from the halls in the morning, could be disturbing if you are not a morning person and would like to sleep late. Except this, there nothing I would change there :)

Great location. Tapas restaurants and shops nearby. Short walks to the Cathedral and to the river, where most tours begin. Rooftop restaurant has a great view of the city and cathedral. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the quiet courtyard. Very pretty decor and clean rooms. Concierge staff were great helping us setup tours, flamenco shows, bullfights, and airport transfers before we arrived.

Ended up with two single beds put together but sheets still split my spouse and I from each other. Bed was a little uncomfortable for me although my wife was fine.

Best decision we made in Seville was to stay here, we upgraded to a room with a terrace, definitely worth the extra for the view of the Cathedral The interior decor/layout, the bar/restaurant terrace, also with a view of the Cathedral are reasons alone to book. The exceptional staff with their pleasant helpfulness added to the experience along with little extra's like a refreshing complementary drink upon arrival, concierge taking you car to park. This is essential in Seville as parking would be virtually impossible for a visitor I honestly could not find a fault and i am left with very happy memories of our stay there. In summary, i would not consider anywhere else to stay when we return.

Honestly, nothing

The hotel is situated in a quiet street very near the main attractions of Seville. So everything is just a short stroll away. What we particularly like was the building itself was full of character and you feel like you are in an exotic location. The staff where wonderfully accommodating and efficient. The door staff helped us with our bags. The supervisor at check in went out of her way to look after us - which we appreciated greatly. We got a good recommendation from the concierge on where to see a flamenco dance show with dinner included. It was a sensational dance show and a highlight of our trip to Seville. We had dinner one night on the roof and again it was a nice experience with attentive staff who were very tolerant of our poor Spanish language skills.

The property was great but skip the hop on hop off bus recommendation if that is promoted as the bus isn’t necessary.

Very good accommodation in an old historic building. The modern bathroom is definitely wonderful. Complimentary shampoo was excellent for us. Only slight downside is that the complimentary small soap bar and toothbrush were only for a single person when we are a couple staying.

For breakfast on the second (of two days’ stay) I mentioned my room number to the waiter as usual. He assumed that the breakfast was charged to room when actually I had prepaid both breakfasts upon check-in. On check-out I was being billed for the second day breakfast to which I objected. Eventually the lady checked and confirmed it was ok.

Location is fantastic - in the heart of the old town with lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

I needed a parking space, and I also wanted to reserve a table at their excellent rooftop restaurant (I've stayed at this hotel many times before) - so I called ahead and got an answer-phone on both occasions...so I took a chance and booked without being able to check availability, and when I arrived their was no parking spaces at the hotel, and the restaurant was fully booked :( - but the gentlemen on the front desk gave me a decent room, advised me to park at the Parking San Cristobal (a 7 min walk) and booked me at the sister hotel's restaurant just 1 min walk down the road.

from the moment we arrived we were looked after by the lovely staff. The hotel is in a fabulous location - just a few minutes from the cathedral and bars and restaurants. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a lovely gift brought to the room which was a lovely extra touch. Our car was taken and parked and brought back right to the front door (which as great as it was raining!). Lovely breakfast and comfortable rooms. Also their roof terrace has AMAZING views at night - didn’t eat there but the food looked really good.

There was some noise from the corridor outside our room but nothing to worry about

The regulations are too sharp, not possible to settle even a minute before it’s 14.00. While waiting for the room we went to the restaurant upstairs, all the tables were free there, but the manager said we couldn’t sit there only with the drinks.. Felt not very friendly. And it was very cold in the room, no air condition could help with this( Leaving the hotel we were given another car, so had to wait nearly an hour for our. By the way, the price for a day of parking is around 24 euro, it’s not mentioned on booking.
