The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all all times, helping to find us suitable pillows etc. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are excellent! Aside from the ant problem, the room was clean.

The room had a huge ant problem. Not really an ideal way to spend your holiday having to kill ants. The bathroom was the main area where they were coming in but they did travel around the room including into our beds. The description on Booking.com is misleading, as it indicates there are 3 beds. It says: Bedroom (1 Extra large double bed AND 1 sofa bed) plus Living Room (1 sofa bed). There is no separate living or bedroom here, it's all one room and there are only 2 beds - one large double bed and one sofa bed. The room is a little noisy.

reception advice for restaurant was terrible. we asked for a non touristy authentic place to eat. despite this we were sent to an awful tourist trap with bad food playing English music!! Ignore their advice and just explore

Wonderful, friendly and vwery welcoming staff who can't do enough for you only add to the hotel's already excellent facilities and comfort. From the room service, the breakfast, the gym and massage area and rooftop pool and restaurant, the hotel doesn't fault for anything. On top of the all this is the excellent location in the heart of the old town and less than ten minuts walk from the cathedral. Inall, an excellent five-star hotel which I would fully recommend.

Nothing. Maybe the breakfast could start a little earlier. I'm an early riser and 8.30 seems a little late to me. But it wouldn't be a complaint and certainly wouldn't stop me from returning.

This is a hotel with a sense of calmness, style and professionalism. The staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious and even the offer of a packed breakfast as our flight left early on the last day. Nothing was too much for the friendly staff.

The breakfast was great, the location really quiet but close enough to the centre. The roof top bar and resturant also very good. Beds comfortable.

I had requested a double bed rather than two singles pushed together. This could be a communication error in that is all they offer. What I liked less when still paying a lot of money per night was a room with no view at all. Just a simple street one would have been fine but instead a very small inner courtyard below so more like walls close in around you.

This was our second stay and it just keeps getting better. The staff is the leading point for me- 5*! Polite, concerned, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable. Really nice people working there!!! Special thanks to Alfonso who was so kind the last night fixing an aircon issue. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The view from the terrace is wow. Perhaps a daily’s special could be a nice touch for people who eat there regularly but I also understand the value of small, but we’ll selected menu with local food. Really original recipes, from the tomatoe tartare, almond soup, trough the tuna tataki.. A la carte breakfast- amazing! Fresh, variety of eggs, breads, fruit, etc. I loved the Real eggs! The room was beyond nice, we asked for a baby cot and there were nice touches for our baby :) Perfectly soundproof, didn’t hear a sound from the corridor/street. Very sustainable- no unnecessary replacement of amenities, good fabrics, little waste. I like that the interior was also done by a local designer and I must say it is really pleasant. Vallet parking- very convenient, although the first night we got lucky and parked in the nearby street for free but that was poor luck and having a centric accommodation where your car awaits you at the entrance when you need it- come on! Did I mention the staff?? Overall, really pleased, more experience than accommodation, really good value for money.

My only suggestion goes for the breakfast. Clearly this is not a big chain where groups stay but I would give the option for an earlier start of breakfast. 9am is a bit late for some people who are used to an early start. Also the lunch box (should you leave early and cannot make it to breakfast) was too low standard compared to the amazing a la carte breakfast. too much plastic packaging as well, doesn’t feel like it corresponded the hotel’s dna.

Modern and clean hotel. Breakfast was great, love the glass of detox in the morning and we really like the extra door between the two rooms. It gives a bit more privacy space between our two rooms. Shower water pressure also really good. Love the balcony area where we can lay down and chill

Very friendly and luxueus hotel. Very good Breakfast. We were there also with a wheelchair and they did everything to make it comfotable for my daughter and the whole family. We will come back

The hotel is cute and cozy, the staff is very nice, it's actually the highlight of the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Very well located.

The pool is actually pretty small and you have to get the main elevator to get to the pool (there's another one closer to the rooms that only goes to the 2sd floor).

Lovely, clean and modern facilities. Comfortable beds. Wonderful service. Would recommend for those that are looking for a higher-end, convenient location to stay in Seville.

Price to value felt a bit high.
