Alexandre the housekeeper was excellent , friendly and font of knowledge. Place was comfortable and good value for money. Whilst the pool is more of a dipping pool , it was clean and suitable and an added bonus to have for the very hot afternoons, after sightseeing Good location, and bar just over the road is excellent for local beer and food Also, although hosts are remote, when we needed advice on air-conditioning, they were more than helpful and resolved this for us straight away. Overall a top stay

The location was super convenient to get around Sevilla, especially the center with all its shops and fun restaurants (croquetas porfa!), the staff stayed out of our hair for most of the trip but when my friend lost her credit card, they were the first ones to help us out. Truly truly an amazing experience.

Perhaps a downfall could be the short walk (less than 2 minutes though) to the plaza in order to catch our Uber, as the cars couldn't make it directly in front of Sevilla Suites for pickup.

I normally never write reviews but Sweet Sevilla deserve one. The hotel isn't manned at all, instead it's all done via WhatsApp which is perfect. We were contacted throughout our stay making sure we were ok and if there was anything we needed. The hotel was clean, and spacious. There's a kitchen which has everything including a cooker and washing machine The location was excellent, 2 minute walk to La Setas. I will definitely be returning.

Nothing, the only thing I will say is to make sure you pull on your door when leaving the room to make sure it's shut properly.

- Great staff via What’s app is available and always nice. I appreciate that they added coffins when they saw that we used a plaid as an additional coffin. - Nice location at 10 walking minutes from most of things to do/see. - Nice patio in the room, nice kitchen, great pool - kind welcome gift (beer, water, wine) - good equipments (air dryer, kitchen, vault)

- towels for the pool would be a nice bonus - room photos are a bit nicer than the reality but that must be normal as with all the rooms

Perfect place to stay in Seville! Great location (2 mins away from supermarket and very central location close to restaurants/bars, attractions), spacious room, the staff was very helpful (I asked for an extra blanket as it was surprisingly cold at night and they brought it right away), arranged a pick up from the airport which was also seamless.

Nothing major - in the night the room can get a bit chilly (in early March), so I asked for extra blanket and the staff brought it immediately. Also, I arrived late at night and there was no complimentary water bottles, but the supermarket is just around the corner and open until 22.00 or so, not an issue but more to keep in mind.

The location was excellent. I drove to Seville and parked near O'Neills pub, taking a taxi to the hotel. I was exhausted, ratty, in pain and my phone was almost out of power. The lady helped me check in and I was shortly unpacking. It was the first sunny night in almost a week and cafe's bars were opening up again for night time business. I would have liked to join them but I was too tired. It was a pleasure to keep the window open and hear the buzz. Instead I went upstairs and had a dip in the small pool which helped my acking body relax after a day of chaos. The room was of excellent design, space for an open suitcase and a large bed I needed a taxi early in the morning to take me back to my car and the lady at Reception orgasnised this, which was a huge burden lifted off me.

Everything was excellent - the location, room and service

The location was perfect.. around 15 mins walk to the cathedral and Alcazar, 5 mins from the mushroom, plenty of places to eat and drink. The room was spotless and the bed so comfy, there is a kitchen to use on the 1st floor which has everything in it, you can leave drinks and food in the communal fridge in a basket with your room number on it. Whilst the ‘hotel’ is not manned and does not have a reception you only have to message with anything at all and you get a response straight away plus somebody makes contact every day to see if you need anything. This will definitely be our place to stay next time we are in Seville. Also Uber works perfectly here and so much cheaper than local taxis.

The room was impeccably clean and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom had all the modern amenities you would expect from a modern room. Reasonably well located (a short walk to most things)

The keyless entry to the rooms was great as I didn't need to carry a key with me, however, our room was on the ground floor and someone did manage to open our room by mistake at 2am!!

The location of the hotel couldntve been better!!! Just a minute away from all the amazing sight seeings in the city centre and next to tons of bars and restaurants. The room was VERY modern and clean! Small yet very well equipped kitchen located in building common areas. Small pool on rooftop perfect for relaxing after long day out. Note that the hotel does not have physical staff present other than the cleaning personell. Staff contacts you constantly through WhatsApp and Booking to check on your every need.

A nice and big room, new appliances and cozy rooftop with a small plunge pool. Kitchen fully equipped brand new and very clean Location is great and surrounded by supermarkets and local places where to eat. We asked for earlier check in and they agreed straight away. Great communication and organisation during check in. Staff on top of everything looking after the customers. No keys needed, all smooth and easy via passcode. Disable access from the street to the rooftop.

Light switches in our room did not work properly. Some unfinished bits in the ceiling
