Hotel Casa de Indias By Intur

Hotel was lovely and staff were excellent! All bar staff were friendly and available through the day for drinks around the pool and until 1am at the bar. Pool is small but a good size for cooling down during the day and relaxing after exploring the city. There was 10 pool loungers but we had no issues getting a space during our stay there. If there are no loungers free there is more seating next to the bar and you can go between pool and seats as they are all connected. Music was playing through the day giving a very chilled environment. Rooms were clean and towels were changed when needed.

not enough sun beds! there was only about 8 which were always full. Staff were always super friendly and helpful, sometimes was difficult to get a drink on the roof in the day. There’s also a lot of steps up and down to get to the rooms which may be relevant to some people, it was really annoying with suitcases. Another thing was the shower was open to the room which was really difficult staying with a friend!!

Lovely interiors, we had one of the deluxe rooms with the balcony to have views of Setas de Sevilla, it was amazing! The bathroom/shower were great and staff were very attentive. The beds are huge.

Consider that it is approx a 15 min walk into the centre, although it’s a great location for other areas. Our key card also kept timing out which was a little annoying having to go down to re-activate, but never a problem for the staff to help us with it. All round a really lovely stay.

Good size room, the hotel seems to be refurbished not long ago, so it was pretty much like new) The shower was a good size not tight like in a lot of places in old towns. The window of our room was facing the inside of the hotel and the internal pathway, so with curtains opened every guest who would be passing by could see inside, but it didnt bother us as there were few guests and during the night we would close the curtains shut anyways, while during the day we were out all the time. Good service at the reception. And plenty of nice places to eat within 150 meters.

We told the hotel prior to arrival that it was a special trip for our first wedding anniversary. We arrived to a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a personalised note in our room which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, it was a great breakfast and excellent room facilities.

The pool was smaller than expected, definitely more of a plunge pool than anything else but was still brilliant on the really hot days!

Central location is good - you can reach all the sites by foot, and nothing is ever too far. Reception staff, especially Manuel, were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to provide solutions wherever possible - ordering taxi, loan of mobile charger, looking after luggage after check out when home flight was much later. Rooftop pool - tiny, but a real treat in such a central location. Loved being right by Las Seta's - they are a great beacon to help find your way back to the hotel.

The location was fantastic with one of Seville’s main attractions being directly opposite. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The pool was a great bonus albeit we couldn’t use it due to it raining. The breakfast was fantastic. We went onto stay at the Hotel Inglaterra and the breakfast there wasn’t nearly as good. Wonderful selection of fresh fruit, small pastries, fresh bread, deli meat and cheese and the coffee was super.

The bar staff at the roof bar weren’t very friendly or helpful which was a shame as everything else and other staff were really lovely.

The hotel locates in a very central zone with lots of cafes around. (Parking is really a problem in Seville. If you are with a car try to park asap in a nearby parking lot cause you can’t access there with a car.) The room was designed in a very chic way. The bathroom was well thought. We stayed in the one with a king size bed and it was really comfy. Very lovely receptionists welcomed us. We are glad that they informed us in a perfect time so we weren’t locked in the city when the marathon started.

I think the only thing I wasn’t happy was that the window was opening to a air well. Only the deluxe ones are facing the street. Other than that I would have prefer a bigger counter in the bathroom but this one is a very small issue.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of the main attractions and shopping areas. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet. AC worked very well. Cleaning staff did a great job. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Supermarket just around the corner.

Lack of storage space in the bedroom. No units with drawers. No iron or ironing board in the room.

We had such a great experience in this hotel. It's ideally located right in the middle of the action but it feels cozy and not at all noisy. The rooms are good and being able to reach every important landmark on foot is great. The greatest quality of this hotel is the people. The staff is always warm, kind and super helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Melissa, who made our stay an unforgettable one. We kind of came a bit unprepared to this city and she booked EVERYTHING for us (great shows, amazing restaurants and tickets to all the landmarks). If you are visiting Sevilla, this is definitely the place to stay.
