Sea views from the hotel are fab, breakfast was great and very extensive, I didn't use the pool as it looked to be in the shade for the most part but the terrace was gorgeous and sun drenched with plenty of sun loungers. I also had a huge balcony which was a nice touch. Room facilities are basic but fine; good AC, fridge, TV with a million channels. The hotel was busy but not rowdy at all, very chilled, and a great location. The bar/restaurant opposite shows all the sports for anyone interested. COYI! There is a nice sculpture trail along the coast for a good walk and if you fancy going a little further you can follow the beach round to the necropolis of son real to see a prehistoric cemetery and archaeological site.

I didn't have any hand soap or shower gel in my room but think they just needed topping up. The mornings could be a bit noisy with people moving furniture around.

We had the option of breakfast and dinner included, and what a good choice that was! The quality and quantity of the food is very good. Besides that, the kindness of the employees stands out, thank you Mr Pepe and Mr André at the restaurant, among all the others, for being so kind and professional! The air conditioner in the room worked great and it was a delight coming to the hotel after a hot day outside. Otherwise, we also enjoyed the small gym, it is a really nice touch. The location is great (just in front of the beach), the pool is great... What a beautiful hotel, thank you for having us !

The room facilities are not top class, as exemplified by the door, which stucks a little and doesn't really block the noise from the corridor. It can get a little crowded in breakfast in the morning, so try going in early. These are the only reasons why the hotel doesn't get a 10/10. :)

Absolutely best staff in Mallorca. They made our days always happier and were sooo positive and professional. The hotel is situated almost on the beach, rooms were very clean and you can watch the sea from the balcony. We were also happy with food as there was good variety of vegetarian options. The quality of the food is also perfect. You can park your car like 3-5 min from the hotel on the outside streets.

The roomsafe should be free of charge or at least included in price you pay for stay. I would recommend to get rid of juice and coffee machines which are just poor quality. There is always homemade juice on breakfast which is great and tasty.

Friendly, helpful staff, good food & facilities, great location on the seafront. Good sized rooms with some great views. Nice touches like individual mini-dishes of Marmalade for the toast & a bin for teabags, sugar sachets etc which is a simple thing which other hotels for some reason don't have.

Until recently there were jugs of fresh fruit juice at breakfast, which were very welcome as the drinks machine has dilute squash. The aircon could be better & most of the English TV channels listed didn't work. However these were (mostly) minor things which didn't stop me returning for my 5th stay 😀

Staff were all very helpful, the restaurant food was very good. The hotel location right by the beach was excellent and we had a corner room looking onto the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was the sheets on the bed - they were too small and kept coming off in the night. They were fitted sheets and they seemed to be for smaller beds.

Lovely hotel! They upgraded my room for a very small fee, as the wifi isn't as strong on higher floors. I got a large double with balcony overlooking the beach & sea. All the rooms are comfortable, well-equipped with side sea view, fridge & good shower room. Staff are very friendly & helpful, breakfast & dinner extremely good. Food is all very good quality with plenty of choice. (Do try the Chef's 'taste of Spain' bar). The hotel is on the promenade, directly overlooking the beach. For the best beaches with dunes & soft golden sand, just walk 15 mins either way along the prom.

The cleaning of the rooms could have been better.

Room was good, with a nice balcony and partial seaview (for most rooms). Cleanliness, friendliness, and service is very good throughout the whole hotel. To my experience, it is a very good three star hotel and excellent value for the money. Free air condition works fine. Free sun loungers at the pool are so close to the beach, that you can go swimming in the sea and then come back to relax at the pool. I only chose breakfast which I enjoyed every day, but the dinner for half board looked excellent as well. The staff is very friendly.

The double bed’s mattresses need to be put back into correct position frequently and the shower is not perfect as the space is small and the curtain stucks to the body frequently. On top, the noise insulation for walls etc. is not first class, but it seldom is. All in all minor issues, that didn’t spoil the overall impression.

Great location. Stunning view from my balcony on 6th floor facing the marina near by. First line hotel. Very friendly and supportive stuff. Hard working people who carries everything to be alright. Nice restaurant. Big choice of food. Tasty, fresh and good looking. Great and fast service. Beautiful terrace surrounded by green and palms. Great support from reception in a pretty busy environment. Always clean and shiny.

The hotel is in a quiet pedestrian zone. Clean room, comfy mattresses. Good air conditioning. Nice view from the room. Very good and rich breakfast.

The bed was just two single beds pushed together. It was impossible to sleep next to each other.
