The Sea Hotel by Grupotel - Adults Only

- property right by the beach - good breakfast options with outdoor and indoor seating - rooms were very clean and the service crew did an amazing job getting rid of all the sand I tracked in every day - great shower pressure and outdoor balcony (I had city view) - very comfy bed and plenty of storage options

- I had 1 morning of rain, and there is sadly nowhere you can sit and watch the ocean from indoors (when the bar is closed) - you can't drink the tab water, so budget for buying water every day

-sun-bed must be booked days before which you could have even no chance to do (reservation is made for full days - some tenants with reservation use it only for couple of hours during a day leaving it unused for most of the time and you are not allowed even to use the available facilities left unused) plus you have to pay for that - this makes the stay in the first line hotel with beach access which you have to overpay exactly for the same reason useless and meaningless

Right on the beach, staff very friendly and professional, room and view was excellent,

Pool was in a very closed off area, needs more toilets on ground floor. No entertainment on Friday night, sun loungers on the beach should be free and should be more of them on the beach.

We have had an incredible time at the hotel which is right in front of a the beautiful Can Picaforte beach. The buffet service for breakfast and dinner have a great variety of food options and staffing are incredible gentle creating a very pleasant interaction with the hotel guests. Having dinner and Sunday morning breakfast with live music guitar player was incredible special. The staff were exceptional at all point of contact from the very first moment we checked-in till we checked-out. Well done for the such amazing atmosphere created around the facility. We will definitely be back and strongly recommend.

• I would strongly recommend the change of old towels for new and soft. • We have also missed coffee refill set up in side the room and snacks. • The room was with the floor a little dirty when we arrived, but overall cleanliness over the 6 nights stay was pretty great.

There is a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast and dinner. The beach is literally on the front porch.

You have to reserve a spot for the beach umbrellas. It was fully reserved when we got there for longer than our stay, however, throughout the day the umbrellas are not fully used. I would propose that they allow smaller windows to reserve one and not to reserve per day.

Staying in this hotel is the best thing that happened to me in my life. Everything is great . The room with sea view and hearing the sound of the waves from the room. The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel. All the hotel staff, whether the reception, restaurant or bar staff, are all very nice. The location of the hotel is fantastic on a long beach pier full of restaurants and shops. The quiet swimming pool is very comfortable. Whatever I describe, I do not find the words that this hotel deserves, even its decor and colors are beautiful and comfortable. The beach is sandy and clean.

Nothing, everything is great

The hotel is located on the first line of the coast. Very nice view from the window. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and solve all the questions very quickly. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, for every taste.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the shower door didn't close well and the water got into the bathroom, but I'm sure the hotel has already fixed this problem.

Great breakfast buffet, beautiful beach location, great for swimming, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms were comfortable (quiet ac, soft memory foam bed, hot shower, balcony was a plus)

When we arrived the shower head was a little older and dirtier, that was the only complaint about the whole room. We spoke to the staff and they had someone change the showerhead with a brand new one the next morning!

Breakfast was comprehensive and good. The staff brought cappuccino or pitchers of coffee on request. The room shower had an overhead rain as well as a handheld spray. The room balcony was spacious and had a great view.

The beds were ordinary and short (I'm 2.02m in height). Worse, for an adults only hotel, it's crazy to have only paired single beds, that split apart at the slightest pressure or movement. Not a good experience for couples. No hotel parking, although it seems most people arrived by bus, and it wasn't too hard to find spaces nearby (late September).

really nice front modern and nicely designed beach hotel. great view, very nice beach right at the door step, great breakfast, beautiful bar, great comfortable rooms! the staff was super nice and friendly!

the front desk lady that did the check in to us was very rude with us and also with her own co-workers while doing the check in with us. can picanfort is not great for dinner. need a car to go to alcudia or other surrounding areas for a nice evening out.
