Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.

Bar staff are so beyond rude. Strange opening times: Breakfast finishing at 10am in a hotel is way too early. Keep in mind it finishes at 10 on the dot! They even fence it off so you can no longer get to the food! The bar closing at 12am is also too early and you aren't even allowed to sit outside and play cards or anything after that. If you are OK with going to bed early and getting up early on holiday - it's the hotel for you! FYI - if you aren't fully inclusive you need to leave the hotel for lunch as they don't offer any food or snacks at all in the bar.

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and tentative. The food was exceptional and hygienically the place flawless. Honestly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. We are young family with an 11 year old and 9 old daughters and the staff were fantastic with them and made them feel like little princesses.

The location is quiet but this is what we were looking for but this might not be for everyone.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. Very good value for money including the room, half board. Quiet location with beach only a few hundred yards away and excellent beach bar. Use of a gym and 25m swimming pool.

The food was very good. The Gym was amazing with towels and water barrel. The Location was perfect, because of the quietness and the city center was quite close. Beach was also very good as you can choose from the close "natural beach" or the one with the sun bed and beach umbrellas. Staff of the hotel was super friendly.

The Beds were not connected together so they were quite flimsy. The cleaning services were completed during the afternoon hours - its littlest late. Its allowed to smoke on balcony - it was a bit smelly from our neighbor. The bathroom was not super clean and the shower was leaking through the Glass cover.

Swimming pools, especially the big one. Sauna is included if you book all incl. SPA, animation - really good. Entertainment is every night) Friendly staff but inattentive. There is a vegetarian/vegan corner. Good fruits and vegetables choice.

Food is average. Not Spanish at all. Too much fast food, over fried meat, everything was oversalted, but you still can find smth to eat tasty if your stay is short. We booked all incl, which is only partly all incl (food, soft drinks, limited alcohol choice). They have gold all incl. So there are 3 prices in menu: half board, all incl and gold. Anyway, for good alcohol drinks and cocktails, you'll have to pay. I celebrated my birthday there, and the staff ignored it))) There is no hotel beach, only public one (small).

Good location (next to the beach). Bus stop close by. Staff is professional and friendly. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. We got a bottle of wine as a compensation because there was a leakage at the AC. They quickly fixed it after we told the reception. Really good service and customer oriented! You can also get beach towels from them. Really well thought through.

The toilet doesn’t flush really strongly. Providing soap in a plastic bag is a bit old fashioned and not environmental friendly. Perhaps just provide hand wash in a refillable container—also makes it easier to use for customers.

Great food, spa, pools and location just next to a lovely beach. Room had a great view of the ocean and very light and comfortable.

The entertainment is outdated and needs a modern upgrade. Daytime music is from last century from 60’s to eighties with tacky pop hits from early 2000’s on occasion. The playlists need a serious update to be fit for the clients. The evening shows are mostly low quality and again outdated with bingo and karaoke featuring regularly like something from the Benidorm show. Such a shame as it’s a great hotel overall and will be the reason we won’t return. Best thing they could do is replace the animation team and modernise the content and we would then love to return.

The spa was wonderful. The food was very good, great choices for vegetarian & vegan.

The in house evening entertainment was awful. The acts that were booked were good, the quality of the in house entertainment was not 4*. 90s night was a large screen showing YouTube videos, mostly not from the 90s, 2 quizzes, awful karaoke night & even worse bingo night. Maybe spend more money on getting professional acts in. There's a L'Or coffee machine in the room, you get 4 free capsules & then they are 50c each to buy replacements.

After long walk along the sea, some wimming moments, the day is completed by a SPA time, it was more than good, decontracting... all what we expect. As per the breakfast, lunch and dinner, very good quality and diversity... All was very goood

The beds mattresses needs t obe replaced by better quality ones...but in general they are comfortable. the quality of the drinks (Wine) on the All included need to be increased as well... (the red wine is not good)

Nice staff, good hotel. A fine all-inclusive deal. Lots of variety during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice pools and spa. Quite peaceful athmosphere, the pool area wasn't overcrowded.

We had extremely bad luck with leaking air conditioning in 2 different rooms! After continuing problem in our first room, we were moved to an apartment. The air con there started leaking on the second night, couldn't believe it...thankfully that got fixed fast. The staff, especially Rudy at the reception put a lot of effort into sorting the situation. The hotel is in the end of the Can Picafort area, so the nicer beaches are a bit far away.
