Amazing location and wonderful staff. The room was very cozy and cool with outdoor balcony. The walls unfortunately a little thin and you can hear guests in the next room. But overall recommend for a 2 night stay its in a centralized location with soo much to do.

Breakfast didn't have much options.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. The size of the room was perfectly fine. I stayed in the room with the San Francisco Bridge. Also I'm not a fan of Spanish T.V as I couldn't find any English channels but they do have the YouTube app on the T.V (also Netflix) so I managed to watch YouTube instead. Beds were comfortable, Aircon worked great. I stayed 10 days and on arrival received a note and chocolates waiting for me on my bed, then one week later received another lovely note with some lovely boxed jelly sweets and two days later another lovely note with some cake like things, very thoughtful and such kind words. The location was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again

I had breakfast included but only went down to breakfast once. I know the catering industry is suffering since COVID through lack of staff and felt this was the case here as there was only one lady trying to keep the front of house clean and tidy plus top up the breakfast and I could see they really needed an extra person. So if you are more patient than me then breakfast is reasonable. This isn't really a moan as it's expected if staying in the middle of the City. Make sure you're fully clothed if opening the curtains as residential buildings are very close

All of the hotel staff are wonderful and went out of their way to help me when I had a problem. The location, while a bit tucked away, is excellent and yards from the metro station that takes you to and from the airport. Yards from the main train station, buses to the Malvarrosa beach and some main attractions. The breakfast was great at well. Also well worth a mention is the cinematic theme throughout the hotel, with posters, murals and artefacts. The bathroom was like a Hollywood dressing room.

As a smartphone and tablet denier, it would have helped if there were public internet terminals. I realise that I am the last standing smartphone denier.

We had an amazing stay! We loved the movie theme and all the special little special touches in our Jurassic park room- so much thought and effort has gone into this hotel! The decor and accessories are carefully chosen to match the movie, lovely toiletries and chocolates on our pillow with a bottle of water!! I would love to know where they got the giraffe shaped lamps in our room as I would buy for my house- never seen anything so unusual! Breakfast was lovely - buffet with so much selection and everything you could want. The staff were all so friendly and helpful They had a luggage room for the day we were flying home- free of charge which was great! We were on the 7th floor and the lift is absolutely fine. Sometimes you might have to wait a minute or two but it's not a problem at all! I LOVE this place and all its character and quirks Exceptional value for money and so close to everything in town.

Nothing. One wish for next time though would be to have the Tom Cruise room 😀

Location was great for all the city sightseeing and the metro. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars close by. Easy to walk to. Felt safe in the location. Hotel situated in quiet location. Room was adequate in size, bigger would have been nice and perhaps a view from the window,

The only reservation was the breakfast. Although the times 8-11 were really good. Most people wanted to get up early and this created a problem as the breakfast area was not big enough to accommodate everyone and some mornings we had to queue to be seated. When busy the tables felt too close together. The breakfast itself was fine and the staff replenished the food and drinks quickly as required.

The hotel has really good location - in a very heart of city center, and also easy to get to/from airport. Staff at the reception is very welcoming. Good breakfast. From the photos, I expected the room to be a little larger, but still it was OK. The idea of the cinema design is really nice, liked it. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. Everything was very clean. Cannot tell anything more as our stay was just 1 night, but for this short time, everything was very good, without any issue.

Not the best view from our window - just an inner yard between the buildings, but this completely did not bother as we had just one night.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful, with great English. The breakfast was a good continental buffet. There was cereal, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, cakes, and hot scrambled eggs and sausages. The location was good,, central but quiet.

Each room is themed on a film. Ours was "Sex and the City " which was written in large letters above the bed, while a huge mural of the main actors covered one wall. Actually it made me laugh out loud, but it may put others off.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). Because the kids like Harry Potter, I asked for that room in advance via Booking.com. I got a response right away to confirm and when we arrived the kids were very happy with the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both in advance via chat and at the moment of our stay). We were early to check in and our room wasn’t ready so we could leave our luggage in their luggage room that’s next to the front desk. Breakfast was perfect as well. There was enough choice of fruit, pastries, bread, coffees, eggs… There was also enough for everyone. If something was out, the staff immediately brought out more. We would absolutely recommend this hotel when doing a city trip to Valencia. It’s in the heart of the old town and very close to the metro-stop Xativa and a few bus stops.

Some features in the room were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the old showerhead or some yellow spots around the air-conditioning) but that didn’t bother us so much. The fact that it was very clean made up for the flaws.

It would have been useful to have a map/directions to the linked car parking. We were unable to find it. One member of staff was very good, the girl with glasses, but the other reception member was rude. Talking on loudspeaker which seemed to be a personal call whilst I was waiting at the desk & eventually stopped for a moment to see what I wanted then continued loudly. I was looking for restaurant/area recommendations for dinner and she was only able to write the name of one place quite reluctantly and with no detail or conversation as if I had asked for something really unusual and was disturbing her.

The location is great, the hotel is well located and you have many things to do and see at walking distance. The room was good, comfortable bed and clean. The breakfast was simple, but it was ok and some good options. The staff was always very nice and very helpful.
