The room was lovely and clean, great bathroom with marble shower and bidet, great wifi connection, super comfy king size bed, quiet, and walking distance to the old town and lots of restaurants (great vegetarian options abound!), bars and shopping. David at the front desk was especially helpful.

We did not opt for the "included" breakfast, which at 14 euro per person, seems awfully high, especially as we usually just go for coffee, juice and toast or cereal - easily found close by for under 10 euro for both of us.

Modern, clean and friendly staff. Good air conditioning. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order if requested.

We had a room at the front overlooking the road. It had thick blackout curtains which were good but they were designed not to open so we could not see outside which made the room gloomy and claustrophobic in artificial lights during the day.

The room was quite spacious and the bathroom nice and clean. The free bottles of water and fruit is an excellent idea. David on reception was excellent- friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a boat trip to a Cangas, which was a brilliant recommendation.

We didn't sleep that well, perhaps due to street noise and the air conditioning is noisy, so we turned it off.

Everything from the moment you enter reception you are looked after exceptionally.. the rooms are very comfortable with the option of upsizing to a bigger bed! The rooms are cleaned very well each day and the location is a short walk to shopping malls, the city’s shopping facilities and there is an option to park a car at the hotel.

Our stay we didn’t have anything that we didn’t like..

Big bed, very clean, super staff. Great bathrooms. Excellent location. Case storage for late departure. Large lounge to rest prior to leaving.

Junior suite was ridiculous as pillar in middle and window had to be curtained as shocking view of pipes. Room 403. Sound proofing is nonsensical, adjacent room noise transfers easily. =

Bright clean and comfortable junior suite. We were only there for the one night and had to leave early in the morning so did not experience the full hotel facilities, breakfast etc. It was well located and all the staff were very helpful and friendly,

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very light.

it's a very pleasant stay for 3 nights, very good location for shopping, railway station ,restaruants, basically walking distanct to anywhere. very comfortable room. very nice reception staff.

The air con has some kind of noise and have to turn it off during sleeping. only one english channel. other than this ,everything is fine.

I was only at the hotel as a stop gap “in transit”. The gentleman on reception was very helpful. He made sure I understood where the train station was for the next morning (early start) and explained that the entrance had been temporarily relocated. I needed to leave before their breakfast was open but he asked the night staff to adjust to suit me. In the morning I found breakfast being laid out specifically for me - as if nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t catch either staff’s name but both should be commended for their attitude and service

Smal very comfortable hotel in a very central location. Room size was really good. Very comfortable bed. Everything is very clean. Nice staff.

Price was high due to peak date. It is very difficult to have a place in the hotel own parking.

The best of all the bathrooms over two weeks of traveling. Great breakfast and very clean rooms.

There could have been an additional luggage rack in the nook for the extra sleeping area. Shutting door on balcony was difficult.
