Very comfy beds and linens. Spacious rooms. The hotel is a bit dated but is pretty nice. It's a pretty good location if you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes to the main areas. Small fig which was helpful.

For a 4 star hotel they should supply coffee pods for the room. They give you two pods for the first day and then no more. We bought our own at the grocery store which is fairly close by. We've stayed in 3 star hotels that give you great coffee and re-stock each day and you could get more at the front desk. How much would more pods cost??? The fitness room is only a few cardio machines which you don't need if you're walking all day as Vigo is very hilly. I was hoping for some weights.

Nice hotel with excelent ammenities and very competent staff. I really enjoyed the room, specially the air conditioning and the comfortable bed. We visited the castle and the city center and found the location of the hotel to be perfect. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

We booked a Premium and a Standard Bedroom. The difference was the somewhat better view and a coffee maschine. I am not sure the price difference of 30 Euros is totally warranted here. I also found the bathroom not very practical. The counter space of the sink was too big which made it dificult to wash your face and the base of the shower was totally flat and i had to take care not to get the floor all wet when taking a shower.

Hotel was clean and quite. Internet and other communications were good. Good breakfast.

Some of staff members English language should be improved. Also staff members should better know the possibilities of the public transportation in the city. It is understandable that the easiest way is to call taxi, but it is not always the cheapest for clients. It is worth to mention that hotel is in the upper part of the city. It means distance from the city center should be counted not only in meters.

The hotel is a little dated but still comfortable. The parking is directly below the hotel and there are two floors, with reasonable sized spaces. The gym is basic - one running machine, one bike and one cross trainer, a water cooler and a training bench, but no free weights. Nothing else. The restaurant food was very nice, and the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. There was a good breakfast selection.

The room safe was broken. The gym could have been better.

Parking paid and expensive . Some guests in our floor make a lot of noise in the hall , talking aloud, hitting in the door rooms . It was during the night after 11:00 pm. Total disrespect. We have to call the reception to take some action . During the morning again they made noise hitting on the door rooms including ours.

Very close to the main thoroughfare, but the double windows keep the noise right down. Only an issue if you wish to sleep with the window open

Spacious , bright room , comfortable bed . Friendly desk staff , easy checkin . As we arrived by bus from Porto for a one night stay the location suited as it was near the bus terminal , but it is about a 20 minute walk into town and there’s minimal close food options

Breakfast not included in our rate and was comparatively expensive

The overall experience was great, nice hotel, super kind staff. Other thing than that, excellent service, and good value for money.

Only thing that I didn't liked were the pillows, too hard and tall for my personal taste.
