Hotel Sercotel Tres Luces

This hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the train station and not very far from the Casco Vello and port where the boats to Cíes Islands depart from. The room was larger than average and quite comfortable.

I think we had higher expectations on the breakfast. The products were good quality anyway but the options were somewhat limited and we noticed it took long to replenish after something was gone both mornings and the coffee machine was not great.

The location is very good. The bus from the airport stops very near the hotel and the train station and the port are both walking distance. The room was big and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. It was very good value for money and would certainly recommend it.

The room was on the first floor and the window was towards an interior patio so there was basically no natural light coming in, however that also saved you from street noises cause the rooms are not very well isolated. If you’re unlucky and get noisy neighbors you can hear all the noises even with ear plugs (on the last morning there was a group of people banging doors and yelling at 7:30 but otherwise the hotel was very calm). DO NOT GET THE BREAKFAST. I’d seen comments about the breakfast so I didn’t book it but since I had an early morning one day I decided it would be easier just to have breakfast at the hotel. It’s really not worth 9€ for some bread, cold cuts and cheeses and some pastries.

Good hotel, friendly stuff

Good breakfast, but all the food was brought in small amounts. Good, that it was fresh, but was enought for 4-5 persons. After that every time we needed to wait for pretty long. It was extremely hot in the room (felt like broken hearing which was constantly on). But we got another room.

The room was clean and large with a good-sized bathroom, desk, and wardrobe. The location of the hotel was also very good: it was right in the center of the old town so we were able to walk to all the major sites.

The breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got: cold cuts, bread and little else.

Hotel Sercotel Tres Luces is a very comfortable and clean hotel with a great restaurant on site. The staff are very helpful. It’s located a bit uphill from the port—about a 15 minute walk. There are many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Corte Ingles Department Store is very close. The castle is an easy walk.

The staff at the front desk and the onsite restaurant were great. Very helpful. The room was eclectic, but extremely comfortable.

No refrigerator in my suite.

Location near the city centre, great comfort of the room, AC, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

AC was a bit older and setting it up to more gentle breeze was difficult. but it worked.

The staff was friendly, the hotel extra clean and the breakfast and the food at the hotel restaurant exceptional. I would recommend this hotel.

Location very good for visiting main tourist attractions. Buffet breakfast very good.

Pillows not very comfortable for my particular preference.

Staff in 21 restaurant were fantastic every day happy and polite will use again for sure rooms cleand and all verry good
