The room and beds were very comfortable and very clean and everything in the room worked. Very much appreciated, The hotel's location was an easy walk to the old town, multiple choices of dining, many of the tourist attraction, and smart shopping on the city's central avenue. The on site parking made the transfer of luggage from the car to the room easy with the unexpected help of the receptionist who noticed that we are both the wrong side of 75 . Nothing seems to be too much for the staff in this hotel who seem dedicated to please their guests.

We would have appreciated a kettle to boil water and make tea and coffee in the morning

The hotel is centrally located and fairly easy to find . The on site garage car park was full upon arrival , and there is an alternative option a few streets away, albeit in this instance as we arrived after 17.00 we could park outside until 9.00 the next morning. All the old city is located one street away behind the hotel and the modern city centre for shopping is similar distance .

The bathroom in places was showing it’s age , but minor point as cleanliness overall was good.

Comfortable beds, nice to have a bathtub in the room, reasonably quiet, good block out curtains, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was basic but there was definitely enough to fill you up, good location, grocery store across the road

The hotel was half way between the port of Bilbao and our destination. It was clean, the room was plenty big enough for our family and the staff very helpful. They let me practise my Spanish and were very patient. No fuss breakfast and parking beneath the hotel.

Covid measures restricted some elements of the stay such as breakfast availability but it suited us before we set off on our journey again. Felt safe and secure with regards to Covid also.

Greeting at reception very good. Receptionist very helpful re parking. Had a small problem with TV, problem resolved very quickly. Good breakfast, good choice. Great to have a bath plus shower. Booking car park space at time of booking advisable. Hotel good location to roam around city and good for restaurants.

we liked the position, still in the city center ( 7 minute walk from the Pilar Cathedral ) but silent quiet. Breakfast you have both cakes crossan and cured meat and cheese juice and it worth the price :) bathroom cleaned and plenty of towels. we go a triple even if we were only two people

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location close to the old town was great.Highly recommend El Windsor restaurant about 2 doors down.

The parking is by a car lift. Not suitable for larger vehicles. We chose not to use the windowless breakfast room.

The location was ideal close to the old town. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant, and thank you to Javier especially for helping us with organising our car repairs.

It was very well-located, the staff was quite helpful and the room was huge.

One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was the parking, but we didn't think it was going to be so pricey (14.50€ per day).

The staff were excellent, most helpful. The location too was really good.

The breakfast was mediocre. We only tried it once, preferring to go elsewhere instead.
