Excellent location to all the tourist sites and tapas bar and transport. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Felt safe. Buffet breakfast excellent. You can also leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than the checking in time.

Air con could have been cooler, due to centralised aircon. A little noisy due to location, but the service and facilities outweigh the negatives.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and we had a super view into the plaza. We didn't have breakfast but very good coffee and cake in the cafe. The room was large and clean and we appreciated the fridge to keep our drinks etc cool. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

The only drawback we found was that the hotel is "centrally airconditioned". This means that the aircon is not individually controlled in your room, but rather from reception for a block of 8 rooms. The temperature in Zaragoza was in the high 30s so we did find it very hot at night. The hotel staff did try to help and we did feel that they took our concerns seriously but they of course have to work with the facilities as they are. This would not stop us returning but it is something to consider during the hugh summer months.

Position was great. In the middle of the old town, close to cathedral and walks along the river. Room was of a good size for overnight stay. Beds were very comfortable, shower had great pressure. Good breakfast was available for an extra fee in the restaurant downstairs. Restaurants were all within a couple of minutes walk from accommodation. This hotel was a wonderful find and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It's an older building, so it was a bit noisy at night. Would not put me off staying here again though.

Great hotel! Room was really spacious and comfortable, clean. It was well equipped and with a lot of natural light. The staff at the hotel was kind and attentive. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a few steps away from the Cathedral, and within walking distance to all main sights, restaurants, shopping area.

It was a bit noisy, as there are a few bars around it. I had earplugs, and it didn't bother me too much, definitely not enough the outweigh all the good aspects of the hotel. If you're sensitive to noise and can't sleep - keep this in mind.

Probably this was the best choice for the accomodation. Location couldn’t be better, walking distance to everything, the hotel is very clean, looks new, the cafeteria downstairs is nice and the a la carte dinner is delicious and much at better prices than the restaurants around, which were also full all the times, while at the hotel restaurant is very cosy and more private. The breakfast was also good, with many choices.

Just to mention something here: you can really hear everything happening in the rooms around you. It’s worse than ever experienced so far…but all the rest beat this, I would say. I would choose the same hotel if back in Zaragosa.

One glitch: we were confused by the nearby underground parking and almost got radically overcharged. The hotel has an arrangement with the parking, but the hotel staff and the parking attendant seemed to give us contradictory instructions. In the end if was all OK - a member of the staff called the parking place to make sure we got the right price - but I strongly recommend the hotel provides clear printed instructions about the parking for its guests, in Spanish, English and maybe other languages.

They were amazing from minute one, when I was doing the checking I had a request which was very well satisfied. I needed to stay longer on my room because I have a very important Interview they said yes from the beginning and make it happen. It was incredible experience I regret not staying there my whole time at Zaragoza and if I am coming back definitely repeat the experience with them. Highly recommended place to stay location its just perfect.

Nothing, everything it was great

The location is unbeatable, right next to the main square with the Basilica and Cathedral. It's a pretty simple hotel but really well located, everything is so clean, and really nice breakfast included, a great place for a great price. The best part was the staff, super friendly, always with a smile and willing to help. I want to give a special mention for José Carlos, he made our stay really great, he was super nice, super friendly and very diligent.

- Airconditioning temperature inside the rooms is controlled only by the reception which usually turnned it off during the night. We went in a super hot days and it was a quite bothering keep asking to the reception to turn it on. That would be nice if they could, at least, offer some individual fans for the clients.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was more comfortable than I expected, I even got an upgrade from single room, because I stayed for almost a week. Location is magnificent, right in the centre, almost next door to the cathedrals, great places to eat around, and the cafeteria downstairs has delicious food all day long. Had a lovely stay and I will book again when I return to Zaragoza 😊
