Kinross Inn

The staff were fantastic. The spa bath was exactly what we all needed after a full day of driving so great. Room was nice and warm with heater and had electric blankets on both beds. Loved that there was a toaster, kettle and microwave as well as a couple of plates and cups. The pool looked so great 👍 The room itself was quite big with a big tv so we'll equipped.

The spa bath was so amazing but it meant that the shower was a little bit trickier to use. The parking was a bit squishy. Beds weren't the comfiest but after that nice bath we all slept well!

The room was warm and cosy and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and the gentleman running the place was friendly and helpful. We also had our own parking spot and it was easy to park. KFC and McDonalds were just across the road. The snow is only 1.5 hours away.

Clearer instructions on how to use the spa. I didn't know how to turn it off and it took me a while to figure out how to access netflix on the T.V I also thought it would have kitchen facilities but it was just a microwave and kettle

Loved the location. Central to the Main Street of town where fast-food chain restaurants are located. The lovely gentleman greeted a warm welcome upon arrival. Loved the little cat visitor!! Very friendly and affectionate. Loved the heated blanket and heater as well as the new bathrooms!!

Bathroom doors (sliding door) is not lockable and the entry door lets the cold air into the room (not fully sealed). The television is poorly located when viewing from bed. Other then that, I personally am satisfied with the stay.

Fabulous staff - these people were so helpful and kind! it was great to be able to order a hot breakfast (cooked to perfection, too) which is something very few motels do these days.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, although I have slept on worse) but I understand the people who have just taken over this motel are working through a number of upgrades and will no doubt attend to replacing the mattresses in due course. Other than that I would recommend this motel as a comfortable place to stay.

Cleanliness, size of room, owners, bed, undercover parking, plates and cutlery provided as well as the usual cups and spoons.

Room was dark, window very small, not enough bench space, power points hard to access behindmicrowave, badly designed bathroom - well, probably too small to do much with the space - shower head too high and unable to be adjusted. A bit far from town.

On arrival we were made to feel welcome and the managers were very friendly. As we had mountain bikes on the back of our 4WD they offered to store the bikes in their garage, which we gratefully accepted. I have stayed in many hotels over the years in Cooma and can definitely say this was one of the best with generous sized family room and very comfy beds. I highly recommend.

The only downside would have been no recycling bins in rooms or outside.

Great motel that's walking/biking distance to the town centre. Rooms are nice and big, with decent showers and comfy beds. There's a big grass area out front and a nice little park across the road, the ski shop is just across the road, it's great. The motel is fairly old but the rooms are very clean and well looked-after. The flies can be annoying in summer down there but there was a can of fly spray in the room, good thinking :)

Not much apart from the old school aircon being a bit noisy, but not so much that I couldn't sleep.

Unfortunately, the location is quite noisy, but I think it will be the same for all accommodation along the main street of Cooma. Also, the ensuite was newly renovated but water from the shower leaked badly onto the rest of the floor.

We booked the family room with 2 bedrooms as we were two couples, expecting that the bathroom would be easily accessible to both rooms. A well appointed and very clean bathroom, but unfortunately it was in the main bedroom, which caused some embarrassment when nature called in the middle of the night. Just something to be aware of when booking.

Clean and handy location in Cooma. Staff very helpful and friendly and helped with our late arrival. Room great size and the spa bath a real added bonus after five days skiing. Good value compared with others. Loved the electric blankets and the room already warmed up by thoughtful hosts
