Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn & Apartments

My single night stay was very comfortable. I particularly liked the strong and hot shower. During my stay I ordered room-service dinner and breakfast. Both menus were varied and fairly priced. Each meal arrived on time and were well cooked. The hot meals were piping hot, too! The room service staff were professional and friendly and willing to answer questions.

The only addition I would have liked to my room was a bedside lamp (as pictured on the website.) This would add to the warmth and coziness of the room.

The location was great you could walk to most areas close to the cbd. It was on the highway but was super quiet. The room was a good size with a couch which was a great, also had a microwave which was terrific. The shower was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and there if you needed them. Overall our stay was great and yes we would book this one again.

Parking on Saturday night was crowded but managed to find a spot up the other end.

Breakfast was great - delivered on time / It was winter so the pool was in 'winter mode' - looked fine though Staff / Owner were very helpful and friendly - took an active interest in our trip and offered their local knowledge

Great location, easy drive to shops and hockey fields which was the purpose of our visit. The washing machine and washing powder was very appreciated, and the bed most comfortable I've ever slept in! Loved everything thanks for a great weekend stay!

Everything was great, the only thing would be a few more items in the kitchen such as tongs and microwaveable cookware.

location and facilities in room, spacious-2br apartment. The staff and owner were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Few things to note-Need to have washcloth in kitchen and the washing up liquid was empty, need a whisk in kitchen, bin liners so I could empty bin and replace. Just constructive feedback. Enjoyed my stay

Great location for our requirements. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The sign out the front wasn't lit so visitors had a little trouble in the dark.

Location was good, staff was very friendly & the electric blankets came in very handy!!

There was a light thumping noise every morning at about 4:30 coming throught the walls of unit 1 when the sprinkler system was operating in the garden.

My Mother-In-Law and my Wife both said the manager and staff were the most accommodating and friendly people they had encountered while staying in motels for as long as they could remember. Breakfast was second to none with larger than expected portions. (I reserved this stay while waiting for their return home and was so grateful they had such a good experience)

Nothing that I am aware of. As everything I was told by my Mother-In-Law and my Wife was positive.

Clean and comfy - just what we needed after a long drive from Mildura Close to takeaway - staff advised location and options. Also highlighted facilities in room Well equipped with toaster etc Decent sized bar fridge

Probably a bit outdated in regards to furniture

The Owner of the motel was very friendly and bilging . Definitely will stay again plenty tea and coffees and hot chocolate drink the only shortcoming which is NOT a big problem wasther wasno milk supplied . But We would have no hesitaion in recommending we will be back
