Lovely owners, very helpful. Centrally located, on site parking, breakfast was excellent and prompt. Some nice touches were the makeup remover pads in the bathroom and fresh milk for tea/coffee.

Originally we were allocated an adjoining room, the doorway allowed us to hear the couple next door quite clearly. It was a bit too intimate and after asking we were allowed to move to an un-adjoined room which was clean, quiet and perfect. I would recommend to the owners that the adjoining rooms are not a good idea unless the people staying in both know each other and are OK with it.

Having used many diffent hotels and motels over the years, this one certainly is amongst the best. Nothing in particular stood out, it was more a case of everything being, as good as it could be. From comfortable mattress, fluffy pillows and quality bedding, to the spotlessly clean room and bathroom. The whole motel is immaculate, from the gardens to the pool. Credit to the friendly owners for such great presentation and attention to detail. We would certainly be checking in here again, next time we are passing through.

Excellent motel; my room was spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The motel is located on the main highway but I had no issues with noise at all. A very good breakfast is also available (it's a shame so many hotels won't do a breakfast anymore!) and the staff here were really friendly and helpful with information about the area. I'd definitely stay here again if I pass through Wagga Wagga again.

It was no big deal at all, but you will need a car if you want to have a look at the main streets (i.e. where the shops, restaurants and parks are). It's only a few minutes drive if you do have a car though.

Firstly staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too hard for them i.e. getting me a cot and helping set it up. The room was extremely clean, I have never seen a cleaner room. The bed was very comfy I had an amazing sleep each night. The facilities were amazing. The bathroom was huge and extremely clean. I think the money they charge is too little for what they offer, they could charge a lot more. I won't stay anywhere else.

The husband and wife managers of the motel are terrific people - very caring. warm and sincere. Their motel and surrounds are kept extremely clean and tidy. The room i had was great - no traffic noise. a good size TV and heater and it even had electric blankets. I will definitely be staying there again when travelling through Wagga.

Depending on occupancy you are not guaranteed a car park directly in front of your room (but you will be close).

The day I arrived, the staff were already so accommodating, I felt very cared for. The room was so clean and the bed was so so so comfortable! The motel is close to the cbd as well. My friends and I walked from the middle of Baylis street back to the motel and it took us about 30 minutes. Overall, this is a stunning place, lovely staff, lovely decor. Also I asked about borrowing a DVD player for a couple hours and they had found one tucked away for me! One of the staff (I’m assuming the owner), even hand delivered it down to my room.

I really couldn’t fault this place. Not at all!

Super impressed with out stay at the Lincoln Motor Inn, We searched for value accommodation and let me tell you one thing, the room and staff where beyond value, I put them in line with some of the 5 star hotels me and the family have stayed in. From the wonderful and friendly reception to the amazing sized room and facilities this is the place to stay when visiting Wagga Wagga. Close to food and petrol station and central to the main streets and hospital (which we needed). A+ Accommodation, Facilities and Staff.

Not fancy or flashy, but very clean, very comfortable, very well appointed with everything you need. The location was great for us, & quiet, with plenty of parking. The hosts and housekeeping staff are amazing & go above & beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend to others .

The Lincoln Cottage Motor Inn is central to the medical district and close to town. The owners and cleaning staff are so lovely, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The beds are the best I’ve ever slept in , and for a motel that is exceptional. Your hosts Tina and Peter are the loveliest people and will help you with anything, all you have to do is ask.
