We use to go to your hotel several times a year, because it is indeed a great place to stay. The staff at the reception, bar and Walter in the wellness area were, as usually, absolutely perfect, professional, kind and helpful. Rooms clean, cozy and nice.

However, this time, we were really disappointed by the staff at the restaurant. Everytime we stayed in your hotel the waiters and waitresses were very kind and professional, however not this time. Repeatedly during our stay, our table for dinner/breakfast wasn't setup properly, missing dishes, we have to actively ask stuff for drinks because nobody stopped by and ask whether we want something to order, some of the waiteress not only uncommunicative but I would say direcly rude, absolutely shocking was when my wife run into one of the waitresses at random at bathroom and spotted that she didn't washed her hands, which in these epidemic times is absolutely unacceptable. Also the overall quality of the meals went little bit down compared to our stay in the beginning of the year.

Room .We upgraded from a standard double with shower to junior suite with recently renovated bathroom for an additional E20 a night . It was really worth the little extra. Breakfast was always fine . The high point is the staff . Whatever job they held they excelled. Reception, waiters, bar staff, maids - all courteous helpful and smiling

Dinner was OK. The salad bar was generous but a bit unimaginative . The soups were fine. The description of the starters flattered what were usually pretty basic combinations. The meat main courses were frequently based on braising or quasi casserole which was always tasty but texture wise a little monotonous. The fish alternative was usually good. Deserts were adequate with a good cheese plate alternative on request . As red wine drinkers we enjoyed the Austrian cuvee selection based on CS,Merlot and Blaufrankisch

Very spatious and comfortable rooms with balcony, nice mountain view, very silent rooms (due to 2 doors). Excellent food for breakfast and dinner (exceptional quality, very good selection). Good indoor swimming pool and sauna area. Very convenient and close way to the ski lifts. Nice place to stay during the year if you love mountains. Hotell offers 2-3 sport activities (aquagymnastic, yoga, thai-chi, etc) every day free.

Very thin pillows and short blankets. Hotel puts a lot of information on the web-site about SPA facilities and massages selection - it was impossible to book anything 2 days prior to arrival and in 3 days we didnt see anybody at the SPA reception, on top - Sunday it's closed... Gym is located behind the yoga room and doesnt function from 08.00 - 09.30 if there is a yoga lession or group, which is not very comfortable. Overall very friendly personnel, though we wanted to have lunch in the hotel before departure and nowbody was able to tell us exactly when they serve it and finally we had to find another place.

The location is great. It is a short walking distance to the main square with bars and restaurants. We were here in September and it was lively there in the evening. Spa area in the hotel is a good choice to relax. The room was spacious and our balcony had a terrific view of surrounding natural beauty with mountain scenery. We enjoyed the half board with plenty of choice.

I would appreciate an afternoon snack (free of charge), something little as a gesture from the hotel especially when the check in starts from 15:00. I am mentioning it as I know some hotels in the neighbourhood offer it.

The friendly and polite staff members, location of the hotel and the food.

The parking could be free for the hotel guests but otherwise everything was perfect.

only negative was dinner in the evening, we were half board and first course and main course portion very small, and I’m not a big eater Mostly vegetables and very little meat or fish on most dishes

It was a great time in the hotel, food was delicious and have a lot of options for dinner and breakfast. The spa area is very quite and comfortable. Also, room was very cleaned and big.

Unfortunetely, my girlfriend and I got a junior suit were should have placed a double bed, we found out that two twins bed were joined, that was not really comfortable for a couple. Also, the swimming pool was not hot as we were expecting.

This is my favourite hotel and resort for skiing. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly including Dario! We love coming back here and using the Spa when Walter is around also. Thank you all for another amazing trip.

Everything was great! Room was very clean and big. Food was really good. For breakfast we had a lot of choices, dinner was served (salad and soup- buffet) appetizer, main course and dessert were served. Our waiter Martin was great!!! Hotel is located 6 minutes by walk from ski lift.

Spa was open till 8pm but at 7pm staff was already cleaning up and turning off steam rooms and sauna.

I like the clean of rooms and bathrooms, Breakfast was within Good Standard.

I did not like the behavior of old women that was in dinner PERIOD on 13 Aug 22. In addition, recommended for gcc countries and Arab countries not order dinner.
