Pretty good breakfast. Excellent dinners. Special thanks to the waiters. Always very polite and helpful. Lovely dining rooms. A very cosy bar. Very uncomfortable mattress! Too soft. You sleep like in a cradle. Terrible pillows. It's like they're 100 years old! The hotel should think about changing the pillows and mattresses. No small fridges (mini bars) in the room. This is quite unusual for a 4 star hotel. The sauna area does not have a whirlpool as such . There is just a bathtub with holes for air supply, which you have to fill with water yourself if necessary.

Lovely traditional style hotel, beautiful pool and spa areas-2 saunas, steam room,lots of showers, cold pool for feet outside , quiet room with a hammock where i almost fell asleep it was so relaxing.The treatments were wonderful.The hotel is a few minutes walk from lovely walks and from the village, which has lots of cafes and restaurants, which i didn't use as it was half board .The food was very generous -4 course dinner every night, afternoon tea and cakes are served also, there is both a cooked and continental breakfast, fruit, muesli etc.Very attentive waiters, and helpful friendly staff in general.It's a beautiful area.

It would be great to have a slope next to the steps of the hotel for people with heavy suitcases.

Dinner was very good. There was an Austrian food but served in a more modern way so it was not too heavy. Breakfast was good as well. Staff is very friendly. For skiers very good location.

There was no toiletries at all - even not a shower cap in a bathroom. Don't forget it at home!

the location is brilliant with only 200 m to ski lift the food menu is amazing and different every day the pool and sauna area are a fantastic place tjj on wind down. after a day of skiing. the staff really go the extra mile. particularly Marlene has made our stay one to truly remember. thank you!

we liked the hotel very much, it was clean, the staff was very nice, especially the waiter from the restaurant. The food was great

The shower water pressure

Nice and friendly staff, spacy rooms, rich boarding, comfortable wellness, pool. We were not able to enjoy everything what hotel offers.

Poor wifi signal in bed room......sufficient in living room. Nothing more.
