The breakfast had excellent variety and beautifully set out Location was close to shops and lake but at the same time it was quiet The staff were friendly and welcoming The room was roomy and comfortable

The parking is advertised as private at the top of the introduction of the facilities but it should also state that it is at a cost not at the bottom of it Not to have access to a firmer pillow as they were kept by staff and they were already gone home when I realised I needed a firmer pillow

Our stay was great, everything was nice and comfortable and the location is fantastic - right in town, a minute walk to the bus terminal to the cable cars and a walking distance from the train (but you don’t hear it). We arrived late and the staff arranged us a self check in which was excellent, and they were also helpful with recommendations through our stay. The room was clean and nice, not too large but good for 2 people. The shower and beds were good, pillows soft (but can request to change in the reception). The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. I would recommend this place!

A small fridge would be great, even a shared one. No elevator, but didn’t bother us.

Nice hotel in centre. I had asked for a quiet room, so we were put on 3rd floor at the back, so didn’t get the balcony room I had booked, but was grateful we didn’t have a room overlooking the road, so not a problem. Slightly dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Staff pleasant. Private car park, right next to hotel. Conveniently located for restaurants and the lake. Overall good stay for 2 nights, would recommend.

- location was perfect, close to the bus station, the lake, the main street, the supermarket. - breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs were perfect. - views from the third floor were great. - umbrellas available at reception. Very convenient when it rained.

- no air condition, but they provide a small fan. - no lift, single room was on third floor, but it had pretty views. Receptionist offered to help with taking luggage upstairs.

A central location and a dog friendly hotel. Great for wandering around locally. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Make sure your room isn’t at the front (main road) - the noise from the traffic in the rain was terrible. We asked to be moved and the hotel very kindly accommodated our request. The €5 per night parking was a little surprise - the charge is buried in the Booking.com small print. It seems if you book with the hotel direct then there isn’t a charge!

Perfect location, Very friendly staff and team, Hans the owner of the hotel personally met us and even gave an upgrade to us. hotel is located in the city center, within 2 mins walk you’re at lake Zell and all the places around. Room sizes are bigger and better than you see in the pictures, highly recommended to stay. Private Parking is available at a very very nominal rate, Breakfast spread and the restaurant staff was really good a big thumbs up to them, being vegetarians we had multiple options and the staff took good care of us. Hans and his team gave us with discount coupons for tourist activities, and guided with multiple activities to do in and around Zell Am See. We shall definitely return to their beautiful town and hotel. thanks

The hotel was clean. The staff was very kind especially the receptionist. They make everything for the guests. The breakfast was delicious. Even if you have allergie there are also some selections. After the whole day skiing the sauna was amazing. It is large, clean, the relaxing room was large, beds were comfortable and if you forget your towel … no worry there are for free. So all in all you just need to go there and enjoy your holiday!

Great location literally about a 7 mins walk from the train station and 3 mins from restaurants and 5 mins from the bus stops. Bed was comfortable and the shower wasn’t like the typical European shower plenty of hot water. Being 6’4 I could actually fit.

Only complaint was the pillow but if you’ve ever traveled in Europe that’s a norm so not counting points off for that but overall it was a great experience and great hotel. Come stay you won’t be disappointed

Cozy hotel , very very good location ( 3 min by walk from the lake ). Freeee private parking on spot( very important in Zell am See ). Wonderful and tasty breakfast in the morning. Free update to a bigger room with balcony ( thank you very much for that ). Hans , the owner and his charming wife will make everything for you to feel home. After checking out we even received a small souvenir from Hotel 🏨. Thank you very much for everything , for sure we shall come back.

No black curtains in the room , so early in the morning was light in the room. Not a big issue.

The hotel is only walkable distance away from the Lake. The receptionist was very friendly and provided us a lot of helpful tips. The breakfast was very good.

The room layout was not the best the bath room and toilet were a bit far from each other. The bedsofa was just passable.
