-Breakfast buffet is limited and needs enhancements. -check out time is very early at 11 clock also they charge 50 EUR for every additional hour after check out time where other hotels usually allows you to stay extra hour for free. -parking area is small and you may end up with no parking. -they gave me a guideline paper translated to my language explaining how to use the accommodation properly with additional information of forbidden things and the due charges if i lost my room key it made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed!

A really well set up hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was particularly well appointed, and all the facilities available made a very pleasurable break. All the staff we met were very helpful

Parking is an issue here and I managed when turning to scrape the car bumper slightly as a result. It will be an expensive repair. Make sure you use Google Maps to find it as getting past and under the railway line is a challenge for the first time visitor. And when turning, watch out for the low granite kerb outside the main entrance. It carries a number of scars!

The best location of the hotel is directly on the lake with its own beach. The view from the window to the lake is amazing. Immediately extended the stay in the hotel to stay here for one more day. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in a restaurant with a view. Very kind receptionist.

Loud music was played in the next room until 1.00. They did not respond to our requests to make it quieter, and there was no one at the reception at that moment.

loved the location - the lake is beautiful and the evening menu was great and quality was fantastic. I travelled with my son and they made anything that he wanted to eat. very impressed

the rooms were a little too functional - would be great to have a bit of a refurb and make a little more modern. Our bathroom had a shower over the bath without a proper screen so it was difficult to prevent the water going everywhere.

1-Very limited parking spaces 2-No air conditioning, we couldn’t stay at the hotel room in the afternoon (summer time) it was very hot 3-A lots of spiders and other bugs

extremly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, large room and bathroom, magnificent view of the lake, people working in the reception ready always to help.

A last day sincope regarding the dinner : the roule presented by the staff was to announce every morning our participation for dinner. In the last day we where refused for dinner the explanation was that the hotel is full of guest and they don't have place enough (???) for everybody in the restaurant; it was the single "black spot" of our stay; we have been disapointed by this moment, because we where the guest of the hotel.

The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the hotel location was perfect for us, close from the train station and also to the ski lifts. In general the hotel was great, beautifully decorated, clean and quiet despite other guests accommodated on our floor. The food was also really good, great choice for breakfast and I liked that you could choose from 3 main courses for dinner.

That we were charged 3.5 EUR for 0.5 l jar of tap water during dinner every evening, having paid for half board.

Everything perfect. Hotel location and the room view is just amazing. All The staff is very kindly, breakfast just perfect and dinner is like you eat at A La Carte Restaurant. I was at one moment to not reserve this hotel because of the bad dinner comments. I don't know if The hotel changes something or just these People are fastidious, but The dinner is just amazing with 4 course (aperitive, soup, main dish and dessert) and you can choose of 3 different main dishes wich one you like. Spa is very great after the long days at the ski slopes. So I just recomand Seevilla Freiberg!

amazing location with unbelievable view. Several great skiing locations. Generous and very tasty breakfast. Lovely dinner with friendly and helpful staff. Small but nice gym and great spa with several sauna possibilities. spacious room, with big terrace and very comfortable bed.

I think it is time to do some refurbishment and renovation. Curtains and sofa in our room served their time well, but should be renewed. We haven’t figured out how to regulate the heating and it was quite hot to our taste and consequently it made the air in the room very dry.

the hotel is right next to the lake with lake access. it’s so beautiful especially in the morning with fogs and clouds floating low . also a good spot to watch sunrise. the staff are amazing, especially Brianna in the reception, she’s so helpful and kind, really felt welcomed here. the hotel also has water activity facilities. you can rent SUP board for free. sauna is also v nice. the room is also v clean. the breakfast is fresh and delicious. highly recommend this place!!!
