Sarina Boutique Hotel

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful (coffee, fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, omelets, other hot foods). The pool area is very beautiful with trees and other plants. They provided robes and slippers, and it was nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

We stayed for 10 days. There were only 4 hangers and no other place to put our clothes. We did request more hangers and received a few more.

A green oasis in the bustling city. It is a way out of the centre but the tuk tuks are cheap ($2.5) and fun. we were upgraded to a suite and the accommodation was really lovely. nothing was too much trouble from ordering a tuk tuk to getting extra milk. Breakfast was lovely, pastries and freshly cooked omelettes a treat. lovely fruit platters as well.

The hotel, with its greenery, fish pond, and lovely swimming pool was a wonderful oasis in the city. We had a private outdoor balcony that was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or drying off after a swim. The excellent breakfast buffet included eggs cooked to order, and all of the staff was wonderful.

Our sliding bathroom door was heavy and often got stuck, and we would have liked to have an iron available for our clothes.

It’s a modern building, convenient located near the airport. traffic if insane. please reserve 30 min for the journey.

The driver. I booked the room with hotel pick up and he was very unprofessional: loud music, talking on his phone all the time, apart from being a bad driver constantly distracted keeping eyes on his phone opposed to driving. I expect the hotel to have better drivers. A tuk tuk would also help with the traffic. Hotel may consider having white bath towels, brown are just terrible.

the hotel is a little gem away from all the buzz and noisiness. nice place to chill, pool and rooms are a fabulous. very friendly and helpful staff to make your trip and stay comfortable. breakfast is a treat to get your day started. very recommended. thank you, Betti and Max.

since the location is a bit outside of the center, you need a vehicle all the time to go around. takes about 20 min. with the tuktuk ($2,50) to the main places.

The hotel is really beautiful, nice interiors, a lot of plants, a beautiful pool and very nice room with everything you might need. The staff is incredibly helpful, they really did the extra mile to help me finding the right pick up place for my bus to Sihanoukville. I’d have missed the bus without their help. thank you!

it’s a bit far from the city Center, but tuk tuks are very cheap and convenient to get to anywhere

Hotel is a gem. I had a large room with my own veranda next to the pool. Bathroom is open layout but if you are traveling alone it's fine. Little restaurant upstairs is nice and breakfast is delicious. Order from a set menu and help yourself from a small buffet. The staff is exceptional. I got contacted by the health authorities to quarantine as a flight passenger on my flight in the row before me got tested positiv. The staff did all they could to get as much information as possible and were accompanying me all the way. I did need quarantine, got tested Many thanks

The breakfast was excellent! We loved the pastries, omelets, fresh fruit, variety of hot foods, and the coffee. The choice to sit inside or outside was nice. The pool was so beautiful and refreshing! Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool and windows on 3 sides.

Our only minor complaint was how dark the bathroom is.

Loved the place. Peaceful, great pool area. The room was very clean and comfortable and even had a small balcony. Can hand clothes to dry. Great for people looking to stay in a quieter area, away from traffic. Possibility to refill water bottle and avoid using plastic.

Limited breakfast options for vegetarians, but good quality. A little far from the main centre, but very easily accessible by tuktuk. Worth the stay if you're looking for a peaceful place.

We only had a one night stay at Sarina Hotel but we really enjoyed it. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very helpful. The bed was so lovely!! It was one of the only places we stayed with a softer bed that was comfy enough to let us sleep through the night. A nice breakfast was included and we left for the airport on time and feeling quite refreshed from this stay.
