Orussey One Hotel is one of the Best Hotel for Us. Me and my girl friend stayed in the Hotel for 1 Day. The Hotel was Nice and Clean Specially our Room. The Breakfast was Excellent and Most of all The Staffs are Friendly and Easy to approach. Reception Staffs Can Speak and Understand English. And most highlight in our stayed was The SkyBar in Rooftop coz it was fabulous. Nice Place to Relax/Chill. We stayed there Most of our time Instead of going out coz We both love seeing the girl named Ms. Manith not about Her name 🤣 but She is Fantastic and Amazing. She was able to Serve us well. She is Friendly and always smiling to all Visitors. She make sure that all the costumers was served and entertained. Orders are came in time. 5 Stars for this Girl. good Job!!! 👍👍👍 For Us, this place is highly Recommended.

Breakfast was excellent! Delonghi coffee machine making espresso, cappuccino, and latte was probably the thing that we liked the best! The family room was very big and has a big bath tub. Sunrise at room 555 (Family Suite) is the best thing during early morning. View from the 10th floor was nice as you can see the city scape. The bar on the summit serves lunch too at affordable prices. Cable TV Channels were organized and has many options like international channels and not just Chinese channels. Beds were very comfortable. Since it is within the city, the Genocide Museum (Tuol Seng S21) is just a few blocks away. Tuktuk ride is only 1 USD if you book by Grab and the drivers will charge 2 to 3 USD if you ask (knowing that you are tourists). There are so many malls within the area. AEON Mall is highly recommendable.

Air-conditioning wasn't cold enough. Maybe they should do some cleaning in the filters. The fridge smelled durian (turen), but it's fine because we are durian-tolerant. The location of the tissue roll in the toilet is too far to be reached (room 555). No shower hook or handle in the bath area.

Standard rooms look into a hotel wall, but windows open for some fresh air. Superior rooms did have a view. Roof top pool was fun, and great to go and watch the sunrise from. Food was good. We had dinner and breakfast here. Breakfast was a simple buffet, with really good omelettes made to order. Staff were very helpful. They check the room as part of the check-out process. Despite not allowing much time for this extra step, it was helpful for us as we'd left something behind. Location worked for us for our short stop in PP, being walking distance to Tuol Sleng.

Bathroom could have been cleaner with wipeable mould in shower. Only one lift, which was quite slow.

The Pool was great on the days i stayed. Outside was hot and humid, so the pool felt great. The room i had (V.I.P. suite) was the best. Great great views.....i always went to bed with my blackout drapes open. The night view of the city was great. Breakfast to me was over priced for the offering. I chose to eat out down the street or along the river restaurants (3/4 of the price) savings of the hotel. this was minor to me..........enjoyed eating other locations

I didnt like the price of a breakfast there. this should be included with price of room. When i did go, i only got omelet, watermelon, toast and coffee. Even here in USA i could get cheaper.........again, not a deal breaker to me.

The room we stayed in was huge and the rounded window view was really lovely! The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to Orussey Market and some restaurants: only a 15-minute walk to the Palace. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The rooftop pool is also just okay, but for the price, it's really nice to have access to a pool, gym, and bar in the hotel.

The only complaint is the wifi. It was too slow to video call or do much other than simple web browsing. Also kept disconnecting constantly. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to enhance your stay, in particular the reception ladies and breakfast manager. The service is superb and a welcome oasis from the busy streets. Location is good everything is accessible. Wi-Fi could be better but staffed made attempts to correct it for us. Breakfast is very good, excellent value hotel.

Smoking is allowed in the semi-outdoor cafe & bar next to the pool. One smoker sat in the middle of the tables for several hours which caused us to have both lunch and dinner in our room due to my asthma being triggered by the smoke. No other customers sat in the cafe the whole time the smoker was there.

Breakfast was superb, thanks for the restaurant staff for their excellent service. They greeted us like family members.

Extension of stay didn’t work well by requesting personally at front desk. However it worked by using booking.com online. The larger family studio room was not always available.

Big room, clean toilets, good staff and good facilities overall. The rooftop restaurant's view is quite good.

Location is good distance wise, but the street on which this hotel lies is bad. We took the bigger room with wide views thinking that we'll enjoy the view, but the view was horrible so we kept the curtains closed all the time.
