Good facilities for all family members, playroom, pool, golf simulator, movie room. Good location, near department store with many good restaurants and top tea, coffee shops. Near dimsum restaurant Fanlou by walk. Super big room space with full electric equipment, microwave, washing machine, iron.

The bed mattress quite stiff and cause pain for back and shoulder a lot.

Room is spacious , well equipped , anything you need is there. Location is at the center of shopping & restaurants , so…many choices of restaurants , their swimming pool is excellent ! Breakfast has improvement , better than last visit.

The lighting is a bit too dim , no matter the lobby, lift lobby, corridors, even breakfast area, rooms.

it was very clean and huge suite, wonderful for long stay. staff are so welcoming even they don't speak english they will find way to help you.

Wonderful location right next to this huge shopping mall includes many convenient stores and a fancy supermarket. The staff members at the door are always helpful and kind. Elevators are clean and wait time is always reasonable. The room has a soundbar which is not commonly seen nowadays in other hotels with this price. The roof bar is open until 23:00 but residents have all-day access and it is a must-go place in that area. Also, the hotel delivers deliveries to the room using a robot.

Loction is excellent, there are many shopping malls, restaurants, shops around the hotel. Front desk can order a taxi for you, door man is very nice!

shower draining is very slow after shower.

Location is good, there is a big shopping mall beside with lots of food to choose. Room is spacious, quiet and clean.

Big window in the toilet which is facing to a very close building, you have to close the curtains every time when taking shower.

Earthing I might need have been provided directly or after enquiry. Staff are friendly and willing to help me on questions.

Some time taxi driver is struggling to find the hotel location.

I loved everything about the Fraser! I honestly never stayed at a service style hotel but it was the best. The staff were amazing, Thanks to Echo for helping check us in and Boyd for helping with the luggage. But everyone there was great. The room was nice and clean. The pool was probably the best part, rooftop and oversees the city. Also has a nice bar. Gym had great equipment and also has sauna in locker room. It’s also close to a shopping area with all the great stores. Overall, you will be very pleased. I suggest the executive suite. Breakfast was nice, just had to ask for my egg to be well done, felt it was a weird thing to ask. Guy was looking at me funny when I asked him to keep it in the pan for longer lol

it would help if at least one person per shift spoke a bit of English. not a major minus point , since they had a translator machine and put in 100% effort to solve any concerns.

Clean and tidy; spacious apartment and value for money . Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful . Location is excellent, next to shopping centers, many restaurants, cinema, supermarket
