We have just spent a 4 day stay at Blazer Residence. I booked an apartment for 7 people. I want to start by thanking the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Spacious rooms, daily cleaning, shower gel, soap, etc. We had 3 large balconies. Very central location, 3-4 minutes to the beach and the waterfront, located close to restaurants and shops. The price was very, very good, exceptional value for money. I will come back here.

The only thing that bothered me is that the bathroom didn't have a window and the ventilation didn't work, but otherwise everything was great.

Clean, good looking, comfortable beds. Pretty new facilities and furniture. Everyday cleaning and changing towels! Very friendly and helpful staff. There is netflix and you tube and some other options on tv. Very good shampoo.

1. The kitchen area is not organized. You got the kettle, but it is far from the electricity, so i should move a lot of stuff in order to be able to use it. 2. For family apartments it could be a little stove ( this is an improvement suggestion, i knew that there wasn't). 3. The hot water has very very weak water pressure. I talked to the staff, they checked and said that there is nothing to do with this. 4. Wifi could be stronger. 5. Living room/kitchen was very small in our apartment and has no air conditioning (it was only in the bedrooms). It was hot there in the afternoon, although it is October.

We booked Blazer Residence last minute because our flight home was cancelled and we were left stranded at Larnaca airport at 1am. It was only 15 mins away in a taxi. We were very stressed, but when we got here, the guy on the reception was very nice and helpful. In fact, all the staff including the cleaners were super helpful. Especially the lovely lady at reception during the day. The room was spotlessly clean. We had fresh towels and beds made every day. My friend and I shared the bedroom and my 11 year old son had a very comfortable sofa bed in the other room, which had a little kitchen area. We stayed 3 nights and we're quite sad to leave. Great value for money. Thank you Blazer Residence.

I loved the staff to start with Manager Natalia in the reception and Christina. They made me feel like home and helped me where they could. The room is perfect and cleaned every day and I truly can recommend the Blazer residence. Great to be close in the center by everything and to have the possibility to cook by yourself of go for a quick coffee or lunch or dinner. For me perfect place! I can't thank Natalia enough she is amazing and as well Christina. They do their best to truly make you feel so welcome and well.

Nice apartment, we had a nice vacation. The room was clean, big enough. The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurant, shopping, nice shops for coffee very close.

In the building was a laundry shop that was absolutely crazy noisy with delivery at 5.00 o'clock. We had the feeling that they are intentionally disturbing us. Very disturbing other guests, one night there was a fight in the hotel. The room didn't have nothing special, it wasn't a match regarding value for money.

Thjs was the second time i stay at this hotel. Best customer service i had met ,Miss Natalia the manager solved a problem since i booked on booking but it seems no more availability shown on booking so she called me and offered me a taxi to pick me up after mid night and I stayed in a traditional house for 1 night which was great the the second night i moved to blazer residence with a huge room everything was amazing and she was always ready to answer me on whats app i felt iam home i really recomend this hotel its deserves 10/10 thamk ypu and i will come for sure.

Good location, very nice and helpful staff, very nice, spacious, warm, modern and clean room with small balcony for having a breakfast or simply relaxing. Comfy bed and nice recidence in general. All our requests have been fulfilled.

Shortage of toilet paper and shower gel in the room. Thin walls.

the property has the best location in the central larnaca private accommodation 24/7 receptionist I really enjoyed staying this residence apartment and the staff were amazing most of them the receptionist girls amazing customer service but the room cleaning lady was rude and thought I was stealing bedsheets and didn’t get any apology overall it is nice place to stay

the cleaning lady who thought I was stealing the bed sheets and shouted on me it was really bad to experience things like that while in holiday

Beautifully clean and good facilities. Good having 24hr reception. Cleaned every day new bottle of water each day. Lift Good quality bedding etc. Good air conditioning Great Central location. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Only one chair on the balcony for 3 ppl booked in. Microwave and toaster both had very short cables. Needed to move them to be nearest to the switch when using each. Would like an iron and ironing board

Perfect location in the center of Larnaca, close to Finikoudes Beach, shops, restaurants. Cleaning staff is very polite and efficient, the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Natalia was the receptionist with whom I had the most interaction. Nothing is impossible for her, she will fix any problems and answer all questions guests may have. Natalia is the world's only 10-star receptionist. Well done!
