Livadhiotis City Hotel

Very good location, right in the city center and 100 meters from the beach and promenade. The hotel is fully refurbished, the breakfast was very good and everything fresh. Overall is a very good option if you want to stay in Larnaca.

It would have been good to have more light in the room, more parking spots because is very hard to find a parking spot-the hotel has only 4-5 spots depending on the dimension of the car (Saturday night i paid 7 euros to a public parking for 10 hours),the smell in the bathroom was not so nice. (not something very bad but it was not fresh)

This hotel is wonderful. On the photos it looks like an ordinary hotel, but actually it’s new, super clean, simple, but some how sophisticated. Location is top perfect - right in front the main square and St. Lazaros Church, 2 min from the beach, right next to all the shops and restaurants. Our family room was spacious enough for 2 adults, 2 children. Beds are very comfortable. Baths are spacious and clean. Breakfast is also great.

The staff could smile a bit more often.🙂

Perfect location and an absolute gem of a hotel. Situated right in the middle of town, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms with lovely staff who are polite, courteous and attentive. The breakfast is excellent with hot and cold options which are fresh and replenished in seconds. I have stayed on 4 occasions and intend to be back next year!

If I could have stayed longer!

The staff is very helpful, the location is perfect , the breakfast is excellent. This is the third time that I stay in livadhiotis hotel and I highly recommend it.

What I didn't like was that the shower cabinet was too small and the washbasin too high. I frankly don't know if it's the same in all the rooms cause on my other stays in this hotel I didn't had this problem. The bed wasn't well fixed the second and third day of my stay and the floor wasn't clean.

Breakfast was ample though the same foods each day in a clean and quiet room; garden annexe for breakfast was a big and beautiful plus! Location is fantastic - close to the Church of Lazarus, restaurants and mini-marts etc. Location was quiet and very convenient for explorationof the area. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful in calling taxis and even locating a locksmith when keys were locked inside a suitcase, Christiane, from the hotel bar was incredibly friendly and helpful with advice regarding what sort of Cypriot cheeses to buy etc. Reception staff even offered to keep our purchases of cheese etc. in their chiller until we checked out. WIfi was excellent and there were sufficient outlets for all our devices. Colleague and I would stay here again for sure!

The room was a little shabby but still comfortable and sufficient for our needs in terms of size. The spacious balcony was a great plus. Bathrooms could do with more hooks for towels etc and perhaps a shelf near or over the sink. Bathroom sink badly needs a replacement sink drain stopper.

Convenient location, the promenade, bars, supermarket and airport bus stop nearby. Thanks to the friendly and helpful personel we were able to check in already at noon. Nice balcony almost completely surrounded by trees giving the impression you sit in the tree crown. Overall the hotel represents a good quality-price ratio.

shower cabin required maintanence, as it wasn't fully waterproof. Othere than that everything was fine or acceptable.

The hotel is lovely and clean staff are very kind and helpful Our room faced the famous saint Lazarus church and we could hear them pray sounded so beautiful location to the beachfront was less then 5 mins walk lots of bars restaurants and coffee shops also a taxi service and a local bus if needed. There's a little playground for the children to play also clean Lots of water sport activities on the beach sun lounges avaliable and the sand is beautiful and soft sea is warm The breakfast at the hotel was nicely cooked and a good choice for all I would definitely come here again!

We were very satisfied with our overall experience didn't find a fault

Location is perfect. Close to airport, two minutes from the beach, lots of historic streets around with restaurants and shops and right by the beautiful St Lazarus church and the old fortress. It’s close to Finicoudes for buses etc but quieter as it’s not on the main promenade. I could hear music from outside at night but the windows are good so it’s not too loud. My room 217 faced the busy street to the beach so maybe a room at the back of the hotel would be perfectly quiet. With earplugs I got a great night’s sleep. air-conditioning in the room was great. I found it great value for money and would stay there again for the location.

Breakfast was good but I really missed having real butter. They had little packets of horrible margarine. Bathroom looked lovely but was inconvenient. Shower head holder was so loose that when the shower was turned on, the force of the water made it swivel upwards, sending the water horizontally. (This is room 217). I had to shower holding the shower head myself. Every time I climbed into the shower I kicked the toilet seat. There is nowhere to really hang a bath towel and the face towel hanger was hard to reach. A hook on the back of the door or a towel rail behind the door or above the toilet would solve this. Toilet paper holder was 1m from the toilet, though there was a spare roll on the cistern if I turned myself 180°. On the plus side, shower pressure was wonderful.

Absolutely loved my staying at this hotel! Spent there almost two weeks and have no complaints! Very friendly staff, who even kept my room key card safe each morning when I went for a jog. A special thanks for that! Good breakfast with so many options to choose. Guys in a hotel bar make a very yummy strawberry margarita. :-) I've got a room with a double bed as requested. And even though my room was right next to the elevator I didn't hear any noise. Good Wi-Fi signal and working air conditioner. Both are included to the room price. Location of the hotel is great too: many shops, bars and cafes are nearby. Finikoudes beach is basically 3 minutes away by walk. I prefered going to Kastella though which was like 15-20 min by walk or even Mackenzie beach. It's very easy to get to the hotel from the aiprort and back too.

Bed sheets and bath towels saw their better times, but it was clean nevertheless.
