Frangiorgio Hotel

The room was very functional. It was very clean. The organization of the room entrance and the closet were excellent. Bed and pillows were very good. The balcony was awesome with a nice view to the street and a nice place for a smoke if you need. Breakfast was very good, nice virty, one of the best bacon that I had, and I had a few... The loaction was near everything, boardwalk, castle, st. Lazarus were only a few minutes... Overall we recommend it! We will probably will come back again!

The only problematic thing was that there is no good access to the street of the hotel (waze direct you only on the main road), you need to stop on the main road. You can't unload your suitcases in the main road. You can only unload your suitcases after parking. The parking is near but you have to carry the suitcases a few minutes to the hotel (and the sidewalk is not so good).

Location was very nice. A few minutes walking and you are at the beginning of the promenade, which is by the beach. Breakfast was nice, enough choices of fresh fruits and bread. They also make fresh omelets on request. Nice pool on the roof, unfortunatly no bar open, but we brought our own drinks. There is a mini market next to the hotel which is open untill 23 pm. Nice big room!

No real parking spot. If you are lucky you can park near the hotel for free. We were not, so we had to park on a payed parking spot, which was like €13 euros for a day. There were other places that may have been cheaper but at this open parking, the guy was keeping an eye on it all day. There were no pool towels to be found. Unclear if they even have them. There was a problem with the card to enter the room, first only ours but the next day it was on all cards, which was not nice for anyone because the staff had to walk everybody up to their rooms to let them in. And everybody had to go to the reception al the time Although the room was clean,, there were a lot of cockroaches every night, big and small ones. I removed like 12 of them in 2 nights, so that was not amazing.

We booked this hotel because it was a reasonable price and close to the beach. We loved our room it was very clean and modern. Staff were very friendly during our entire stay . For the most part we really enjoyed our time there

Location. Although close to the main strip, the street the hotel is on is very unsettling once dark. Lots of cars and beeping and shouting outside once it was dark. We went in the pool everyday despite it being cold but our only issue is it was sometimes dirty with feathers and bugs. The tv only had one channel in English the news but we just bought a hdmi lead and used our phones to play stuff in English so that was fine. Breakfast was a 5/10. The food options themselves weren’t to bad but more if you wasn’t there within the first hour, everything was cold and soggy. We stuck to toast and cereal for the last few days so there are ways around it.

The hotel and room was pretty nice. The location is just fantastic for the price: beachfront is just around the corner, small market is like 3 min away, drugstore across the road, bus stop 5 min away. The pool area is also nice, but there were only 12 beds in there, though it was half empty during my stay, it still could be not enough. Also, the ppl are really great! I had eu plugin for all my devices that won’t fit in the local socket. I arrived late at night and reception lady assisted me with that, so I can charge my phone during the night. You can buy adapter in the hotel shop, but it was closed at night. Also, when I checked out, they allowed me to keep my luggage till evening and use the pool; as well as they guided me to the bus stop to go to the airport.

There is no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so it’s almost impossible to take hot shower for longer than 5 min as it’s impossible to breathe inside. Also, there was a smell from canalization in the sink, not very disturbing, but I can definitely say it’s there when I brush my teeth. Not sure, how much they charge for the breakfast, but it wasn’t that good…I mean you won’t stay hungry and you can survive till lunch, but the food is just not tasty (at least for me) and the choice is not that big.

Nice hall for breakfast. The breakfast menu was a bit wider than basic. The room was in a good condition, with slippers and bathrobes. I liked the location of the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was nice but not clean enough.

The breakfast coffee wasn't nice for me. The hotel is not equipped with plugin adapters. The swimming pool might be filtering. My room was in the noisy area (internally and externally).

Had a suite on the 5th floor with 2 balconies,me and my girlfriend really liked it.Location is good just 2 minutes walk from Finikoudes strip.2 lifts so we didnt have to wait long to go up and down.the maid was lovely! she really took care of us

Wifi reception was bad in the bedroom,especially when the door to the living room is closed.the hydromassage doesnt work.there is a stench of mold coming from the sink in room 504.

We had a birght room with comfortable bed, the bathroom was clean and there were slippers and bathropes provided. The breakfast was good, however it was the same selection every day. The hotel has a good location - close to the beach and the promanade.

The pancake maker and fresh juicer were turned off at the breakfast. I understand that it is not high season but was a bit disappointed to see these there but could not use them. The pool is not heated, which is fine but it was also not cleaned so could not try it. The window of our room was dirty.

Small but nice things: I was given lower class room (small and with a shower), but after I complained,I was given the room I actually booked (big, with a bath)-by mistake or intentionally in the end it was worth asking. We had our breakfast packed to go one early morning- really thankful for the staff, first time experienced it. We asked for utensils and some dishes, EU electricity outlet- it was all delivered in a couple of minutes :)

I didn't knew that they have British type electrical outlets, keep in mind when traveling to Cyprus. Soap is the basic one for anything- there is no shampoo or conditioner separately. The bath is a bit dirty, could use some scrubbing.

This is a great hotel if you just want a huge breakfast and then go out. The receptionists were very eager to guide and help. The location was very close to a great free beach, and yet away from the nightlife noise and traffic of the main street.

It would be nice to get a bar a the hotel, for when you are too tired and just want a drink. It would also be nice to have water dispensers around. I would have loved to tip the breakfast people, but I didn't know how to. It would be helpful if you put a tip box at the door of the breakfast room.
