the location is great, just outside the old city walls. the rooms are spacious and the amenities are high quality also, the rooms we had were facing interior courtyards, which meant they were very quiet

no complimentary water in the room, I found this a bit weird for a 5 star hotel also, we were travelling with my dad and I booked two rooms. the service level and the amenity were different and nobody told us that

the hotel is great in a beautiful place, the rooms are excellent and beautiful, the breakfast is also great, the staff is very cultured and helpful, kudos to the staff

Reception did not work quite well. They do not help with proper taxi order. I got to a dangerous situation with the car they provided.

good hotel not on the most crowded area; comfortable bed, but unfortunately it’s two beds put together not a real king/queen bed the bathroom is good, warm floor, big tub, window - amazing! there is really good restaurant in the hotel they have a valet parking which is exclusively comfortable

The hotel is very classy, the restaurant was absolutely fantastic and the staff were great. I loved the Czech food with a modern twist, and the barman made an excellent martini. The breakfast was ample and the fizz was a nice touch. The location was also ideal - ten minute walk straight into the historic old town centre.

A minor thing but the coffee in the room was just the usual Nescafé sachets with UHT milk. The vibe of the hotel is much more elegant and I would have expected (and preferred) some sort of proper coffee like a Nespresso machine or the like. Wouldn’t put me off staying again overall though.

Excellent hotel, elegant and cozy, located at walking distance from most of the attractions, yet hidden away from the noise. Quiet, spacious room with a good bed and nice bathroom with floor heating. Basic breakfast buffet options but tasty and fulfilling, in a stylish ambient. Fitness room and sauna are much appreciated. Helpful staff.

Pillows are to soft for my needs, do not support my head the way I like it. Airco controls were either confusing or not working properly, though it was not a big problem. Wi-Fi signal was of very low quality, we were in the last room down the corridor, still this should not happen.

I spend 2 nights in this Hotel and I liked it a lot. The location is very good within minutes walking from restaurants, a large shopping mall and the train/metro. The old town was about 7 min walk from the hotel. The hotel seemed very new and everything in the room was very clean. I loved the breakfast, a large selection and the staff were very helpful to make custom things (like an omelette in my case). I really appreciated that the reception remembered my specific room preferences upon checkin. Great job!

The colors of the room were not something I would pick at home but that's just a matter of taste.

Overall a nice hotel. Room is big, has good bathroom. We liked the cleaning. Breakfast is good.

I didn’t quite like the location but the street is quiet and nice. Also I think it would be nice for the hotel to provide guests with complimentary bottle of water. I’ve stayed at not only 5-star but also 4-star hotels - and the majority of them do that. The view was not really good from our room. Also, if there is someone talking in the corridor you will hear every word, so it’s kinda noisy and hard to sleep because of that.

Everything was just incredible - the service, the rooms, and the location.
