Hotel KINGS COURT

I just wanted to share my amazing experience staying at this hotel in Prague. Mahmoud, the staff member, was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. Thanks, Mahmoud, for making my stay so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is insanely perfect, everything is clean cozy and comfortable The staff is very nice, especially Mahmud who helped us so much And of course all the staff in all the hotel facilities, kept smiling at us The food is very tasty and there are very plentiful and full of varieties. The location is superb, opposite the Palladium mall close to almost everywhere The room was nicely spacious clean and equipped with everything, Also the bathroom is beautiful with Loccitane- soaps and of course nice hot water The spa is very nice and quiet, if the jacuzzi was hot, it would be more fun But the atmosphere is perfect and everything is clean and new You can see that the staff is made up of good and Happy people Was worth the price and We will definitely come back again, So thank you and thank you again💕 Avi- from room 105😊

Everything , they treat us so good and professional Best person to deal with mr. Mahmoud he is really kind and help us alot . Dan an Rada very professional and i really like how fast they provide us everything . The breakfast so good , the suits is nice

You can hear the music from the street but It was ok for me. I had a problem with the AC, but it was fixed immediately

It was a special stay, and this increase will be repeated at the hotel. The employee, Mahmoud, was very nice and cheerful in dealing with us

We traveled with our 5-month-old and the staff had installed a cot in the room that was very nicely bedded, including a king rubber duck, royally folded towels and a package of baby oil, shampoo etcetera. It added the “little extra” to our stay. Moreover, the service was great and the breakfast was probably the best one in town. The has a perfect location, right between the old town and the Palladium mall. It is easily accessible by taxi from the airport. We also visited the spa area. It was nice and clean including a small pool and two saunas. Even though we didn’t enter the gym, we could see it from the spa area and it looked new and fresh.

It was a bit difficult to shower as the water pressure was low, resulting in the water pouring slowly.

Breakfast was really good, lot's to choose from. Everything was fresh and coffee was excellent. Fresh Pizza, delicious potato quiche and freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. Bathroom and shower were excellent.

Adele Restaurant which serves also Breakfast has not enough tables and generally the whole dining area is a bit too small. We weren't at high season and yet ,it was very crowded to the point there were no places to sit. There are more sitting options on a gallery above the buffet area but it's less comfortable going up and down the stairs to get stuff from the buffet. House keeping could be better. When we just received the room, there was an empty/used bottle of water just rolling around on the floor. Following days ,room supplies weren't refilled timely( toilet paper, soap, coffee pods, sugar etc...) it just looks like the room was handled in a rush...

A Second Home in Prague Having stayed in several hotels in Prague, hotel Kings Court has become my second home. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel was something special. One of the standout features of this hotel is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team, goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. I would like to give a special mention to receptionist Rada, whose kindness and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable. Rada's attentiveness to detail and willingness to assist with any request exemplify the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. The accommodations at Kings Court hotel are very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast is a culinary delight, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day off right. I am very grateful for the wonderful experiences I've had at Kings Court hotel. To the entire team, thank you for making me feel like at home in Prague. I look forward to returning to your hotel again. Highly recommend to everyone!

checkin took long time around 26mimute to wait , room was very hot , front desk guy wasnt nice and for 1 hour late check out they ask 150euro last time i am staying there and also i wont send my company employee there
