Grandior Hotel Prague

Location is great, many must-seen places are accessible walking. Room was quiet and large, on the 7th floor, with a nice view on the city. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast is well furnished, for all taste.

Fruit juices are not freshly squized. The carpet in the room was smelling. The front officer manager, during night check-in, was not smiling or friendly and we felt as we were disturbing him.

Room was very quiet, clean and bed was very comfortable, Food was lovely and the breakfast room was very well laid out. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I did not like that there was no where to sit in the hotel and have a drink with friends also staying at the hotel. I found the sitting area in the lobby uninviting and not suitable to sit and have a chat.

Wonderful buffet breakfast! Large selection of dishes & morning greeting included a daily non-alcoholic free drink. Close to Republic square, a McDonald's, & metro. Walking distance to Old Town. Tried the special 3-course dinner special which was good and included some Czech dishes. Room had safe, coffee & tea, robes & slippers, and bathroom was nicely appointed. All personnel were helpful and very nice. They arranged for a breakfast bag and taxi for me since my flight home was very early.

Casino next door to hotel was smoky and smell of smoke affected entrance to the hotel. Safe was located high in the closet - difficult for a short person like me.

The breakfast was excellent, although it did not have much variety, but it was very nice. We also liked the room very much it was a bit large to the point that I could do my workout :D. The location was 2 min far from the Prague main train station and 5 min walk from the city center. We spent the whole week walking from the hotel to the city center exploring different areas.

I was hoping that the hotel has a Gym and spa & wellness facility, but I found out that it does not have a Gym and the Spa & wellness facility were moved for some maintenance work. I also did not like the room view. I thought that since I am a first-time customer, I would get a room with a nice view.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Great staff and professionalism. Thank you to all for you hospitality.

The location is perfect, only couple of blocks from Florenc metro station which is super convenient especially if you're using the train. But also mere 10 minutes travel from any central location. The hotel itself is fine, right next to Casino but there is no noise from the venue itself. The beds were prepared exactly as we requested which after visiting many locations was a huge bonus. Details like this make a massive difference to your travel.

The carpet was dirty and the whole room decor was quite dated. We heard some walking noises from the floor above but nothing that would be too loud. Bathroom was no ventilated properly and kept fogging up which was probably the biggest issue and for 5* hotel, no vanity mirror or proper lighting I would say this needs to be improved for sure.

The hotel is very well located close to the old town. There is a tram stop right in front of it, and the nearest metro station is a few minutes walk away. The staff was extremely welcoming and always willing to help. Pretty big and decent room, but not five star. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

I was very upset by the noise in the hallways during the night, especially on the first night. There were a lot of young people staying on the same floor and sitting in the hallways until 3:00 AM talking very loudly.

Amazing Staff, very helpful reception as they gave us 2 connected rooms with separate front door. That provided extra privacy for me and my family. Tried the breakfast, really nice and excellent variety. Everyone from the staff we met was helpful doing an excellent job with a smile from house keeping, reception and bell captain. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone coming to Prague.

I would extend the breakfast time for another half an hour or an hour. Sometimes the reception did not pick up the phone when I called them.

Location, everything was perfect.

Wifi was too slow. Just like a internet connection of a modem that we used to have years ago. This should be improved as I was working online and it was so uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, although after three days a bit monotonous. Short walking distance from old city which allowed us sightseeing of all we wanted on foot. The hotel has proper rooms for three people. One of such rooms was given to our daughters, so we we could enjoy our double room undisturbed. In general the hotel lives up to its claimed standard.

Soundproofing of the doors to our rooms was poor. Other guests talking in the corridor were waking us up in the morning. Other slight complaint was complete luck of any view, although not so surprising given the location in the very centre of the city.
