- location, within walking distance of main attractions and city-centre; - friendly staff; - trendy, not old fashioned although in old building.

- limited or no internet connection in bedroom, receptionist tried to solve without result; - breakfast: limited options, no variety, boring (eg Polish yogurt); - breakfast staff not speaking Czech and English; - breakfast buffet in small area, once it gets busier need to push for food; - boutique hotel, needing small repairs, painting and renovation here and there. No coffee machine in bedroom, etc. - although room reservation made months in advance, bedroom with depressing view on internal courtyard received.

Facilities and room was fantastic! Staff were great, extremely helpful. Location is perfect!! It's great for a city break! Breakfast did have a good range of options. Would happily stay again

Breakfasts could be busy and there wasn’t loads of room in the dining area, but as long as you're early it's grand.

everything about our stay here was great. the hotel was clean and just outside the centre (13 min walk to the main square) which meant there was no noise at night. the staff were amazing and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is located at a really great spot for a young couple, it’s quiet at night and not a lot of tourist movement is happening around here, it’s right next to the palladium mall and lots of nightclubs 3 minutes away, it was close to the old town square which is great, we liked almost everything the hotel had to offer us, the staff was really nice and patient with every thing we asked for them.

The only issue we had is the breakfast, the food was good but it felt like some things were lacking, sometimes we came a little bit late and some of the things were missing and the food was cold, we feel like there should be more things added to diverse the breakfast.

The 24/7 check-in was a life-saver, a huge delay of arrival wasn't a problem. The hotel is close to everything you'd want yo see, trams stop near the hotel. Breakfast was nice, better than expected for a hotel this size. But above all: the kindness and hospitality of the personnel at the reception. Especially Eliška, who really helped us appreciate Praha/Prague with her superb extra recommendations and exceptional friendliness. Děkuji and na schledanou!

Some small things could be better maintained/repaired, but overall very happy about the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at MOODs boutique hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They helped us to check in early without us asking. Nice clean room with plenty storage. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food, for each his own. Located not far from the main sightings. Close to public transport.

The third bed is a folding bed, that didn't fit the room nicely. It might have been a bit more comfortable if it was a normal bed that really belongs in the room since the headend of the bed couldn't be fitted against the wall. The other beds were a bit soft for us but that is a matter of preference.

It is so close to the city centre, yet away from all the noise and the usual city life. We also liked the coloured feature light behind our bed. Breakfast is also very good. The staff who speak English are excellent in helping out in case of communication issues. However all staff members are extremely accommodating...a "tip box" by the front desk would help encourage visitors to leave a tip for ALL staff.

Would have preferred to be given a matrimonial bed, rather than 2 beds just placed by each other.

When there was an electricity short within 5 mins of my notification ,it was repaired and the receptionist came to the room to check it was fixed to my satisfaction. The staff were extremely attentive answering all my queries and giving me a place to call home for around 5 days in a country where it was difficult to communicate with people due to my lack of Czech language knowledge. Great breakfast served in comfy clean modern surroundings.Made a great booking direct to airport with a cabbie whom spoke English and was very knowledgable and pleasant. Elishkas and Daniel are great professional staff.

I had a problem activating tv and no programs in English . Distance was a little difficult to get to every day from Old town. Bathtub was clean but a bit high to step down from.

The staff is very friendly and they help you out. They even gave us a map with the main attractions and a list of restaurants. The breakfast was good as well. We were also given a free upgrade.

There was little to no Wi-Fi in the room. And the WiFi was slow in the rest of the hotel as well. The cleaning of the rooms is Carried out after 3pm.
