Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, an IHG Hotel

Very comfortable beds Good breakfast Very nice and helpful stuff Great location - next to the highway so easily reachable by car. Walking distance to metro station from which it's only about 10 minutes to Copenhagen city center.

The hotel would only accept credit cards, they could not simply charge my debit card, which was an issue for me, since my main credit card already had many commitments on it.

The hotel is comfortable and located near the metro and a commercial center FOELD’s. Quiet comfortable to reach to the center of Copenhagen.

The Club Lounge is not well monitored by the staff - the snacks are not re-filled frequently, there were few times that there were no plates, the coffee machine needed to be cleaned so I needed to go downstairs to the reception informing them about it because in the lounge there is no phone even. Really disappointing. Breakfast a bit disappointing relatively to the chain. I expected to. Much more affluent breakfast.

Very close to the Royal Arena, where friends and I are attending a concert. Their atrium was beautiful with exotic plants and just refreshing to look at, be in and surrounded with. Two restos for breakfast, your own choice where to sit. We had after-concert drinks at Bark Bar and there was a party vibe - free to dance and just hygge with friends. Amazing view of the city and the Øresund from our room on 21st floor.

Too loud music at the bar that we didn't stay long coz we barely couldn't hear each other without raising our voices. The shower room was too narrow that water was spraying all over the bathroom. We had to wipe the floor every after a shower, not to mention being very very careful with movements while showering. I love my showers, but this instance made me feel like being in a straitjacket. Basic toilet articles are provided for, however, no cotton buds and toothpaste.

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The King room (at least it said so in the booking) was spacious, had everything needed for a short term stay and the room was really quiet. In addition, it was pretty easy to make the room dark so I could rest for a long trip during the day time as well. Some people would say that the location is not great, but as the city centre is approx 10 min away with metro and the metro stop is basically next to the hotel, I found the location great. In addition there is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so you can easily go to a pharmacy or groceries, or in my case, buy new clothes as mu luggage did not arrive on time. I could have booked a hotel in the city centre, but the price difference was huge + you could never get the same standard hotel with this price in the centre.

The room was good and the bed was awesome, providing good sleep. my husband enjoyed sitting on the arm chair. The view from the room was spectacular at night. We enjoyed breakfast but opted to eat later than usual. The location was the best for us. we ere 10 mins away from the airport and taxi service was superb.

The toilet and bathroom had an unpleasant smell and we had problems with the bath tub taps not functioning properly. The response from the reception swift and all was sorted. The smell in the toilet needs to be sorted out.

I could not have asked for a better hotel! Location was superb as I only came to see a concert: 10 minutes by train from the airport, 3 minutes' walk to Royal Arena. View from my room on the 24th floor was absolutely breathtaking and was better than any tv. Excellent breakfast was served in a wonderfully spacious restaurant. Room service was friendly and quick.

Finding my way to the hotel from the train station took a bit of guesswork since the name of the hotel is not visible on that side. Room service food was ok, but the fries were extremely salty.

Location was excellent, we arrived over the Oresund from Sweden and the hotel was so easy to find. The underground car park is spacious and the access ramp not too steep. Our room was spacious, stylish and comfortable, the bathroom well equipped and all very clean. The Bark restaurant was excellent, the food very good and the staff very friendly and helpful, the foyer area with the indoor garden is a lovely place to sit. The nearest Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away taking you into central Copenhagen in around 10 minutes, very clean and efficient.

It was very expensive for what is just a corporate hotel. We've stayed in two luxurious 5* hotels on this trip for a fraction of what Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers cost.

Very nice modern hotel with good views over Copenhagen and to airport. Easy to catch train into city or to airport. Close to Fields (shopping Centre). Breakfast was fantastic.

Rooms were very warm and no air conditioning (only heating) so room got very warm wit afternoon sun. Limited dining with only 1 restaurant to choose from.

Great strategic location. Just 6 mins to the airport by train and 7 mins to the central station. All amenities were provided and were of good quality. Breakfast has a lot of options. I requested a room on the high floors with city views and even though it was in a more expensive price bracket, they were happy to fulfil my request since it was available.

The hotel seems to be short on staff. So you can expect a bit of wait time for most formalities including check in, check out and any other requests you may have. Even if the existing staff is quite skilled to handle multiple requests, delays seem mostly due to shortage.
