Villa Copenhagen

I liked pretty much everything. Very central. Walking distance to most neighborhoods. Near public transportation. Safe. Extremely good breakfast. Nice rooms. I was lucky though to get a room facing the courtyard overlooking the lobby = silence, as opposed to my colleagues who got rooms facing the central station train depot = noisy. Not sure if it is noisy or not facing Tivoli or street. Nice lobby with plenty of cozy seating for a late evening drink before bedtime.

A bit annoying that you had to book the pool (eventhough I get the idea behind it). Didn't really understand the deal there either... paying extra?, so I didn't even use it one second for the two days/nights. And for the rate I think it could be included from the beginning. Tried to get up there, but the door was looked and no staff at the moment, so I wasn't sure if you could even use the patio (without using the pool) or not. I saw a sign for the "playroom", but I wasn't really sure how to use it (yes, I know, I could have been a bit more patient and proactive asking the nice staff about both the playroom and pool, but... now I didn't... those things I just want to be super clear anyway).

Bar closes early, no food available after 9.30/10, don’t think guests should be charged to use the pool as it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel

1. Perfect place to stay if you travel from airport by train or train, just opposite to the central station, drop the luggage and look around. walking distance to the major tourists’ scenes. 2. Antique building like a palace, beautiful! 3. Great breakfast, I love the fresh squeezed orange and apple juice which is a surprise to me. 4. remember to bring swimming wears to enjoy the pool. 5. The rooms are very elegant and smart designed, I love marble!

The location is close to Tivoli Park, hence it was a bit noisy before midnight, can hear screaming and laughters from the park. but it won’t prevent me from loving this hotel.

Beautiful renovation of an iconic building, fantastic food at Kontrast which really outstanding im away you remember…i can almost still taste it

The staff is very good when you are talking to them / have their attention. I think they can up the game a bit in keeping service level up / stations manned. The concierge desk was often empty and when I arrived by car a I had to ask around about what to do even having ordered valet parking. Small things but coul make it better.

As avid swimmers, the pool and sauna were wonderful. The location is excellent and the design and grandeur of the property are amazing. Loved the bed, linens, shower and soaps. Lovely lobby area with huge glass ceiling. Most importantly, the staff is absolutely fantastic. So helpful, friendly and cheerful.

The price was very high and did not include breakfast. It was difficult to find a reasonably priced breakfast in the area. Our room on the top floor was small with noise from the train station and a small window.

Villa Copehagen is a stylish hotel with excellent facilities. We enjoyed drinks and delicious bar snacks in the Courtyard Bar, and on the sunny day of our visit the pool area was excellent! Our room was comfortable with wonderfully scented toiletries. The hotel breakfast was a delicious plentiful buffet with authentic Danish options. All staff were helpful with queries and recommendations for dining out. The hotel is centrally located, in walking distance to all areas of the city.

The atmosphere was amazing and everything was made with good taste. You could also order drinks to the pool and that is not always 100% certain in every hotel. The lobby gave the "wow" feeling, you will notice when you will be there.

It was a bit hard to contact the reception from the room. They have quite many rooms though .. Sandals would be nice to have in the room so that you can walk with them to the spa area. The spa area was nice and nothing else to complain about than the pool and sauna temperature, it could be a bit warmer. The breakfast area could be cozier, it's like a school area.

VILLA Copenhagen was an absolute treat! An amazing experience for many reasons; an amazing en super healthy breakfast with more options than you could wish for, an overall super stylish and comfortable interior that inspires and feels like a 'home away from home, great staff with great tips for restaurants and overall advice; very nice swimming pool and fitness facilities that you wish to use as much as possible; great location next to the Tivoli park, train station and meat packing district; nice details as we were traveling with our dog, they arranged a dog bed, treats and bowls for in the room, super animal friendly. A great hotel that I am definitely coming back for, hope as soon as possible! the #hygge vibe can definitely be found at this hotel.

The location of the hotel could not be any better. 15 minute train ride from the airport and within walking distance to the hotel. The pool and Sauna were a very nice touch! I would highly recommend the cocktails in the reception area. They even had a DJ in the evening playing some chilled beats. Breakfast was amazing. the hotel is walking distance to the river

The room size was extremely small, with nowhere to store the suitcases.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful taste including the Jaume Plensa sculptures welcoming us but more importantly a wonderfully creative, intelligent and kind staff for a unique friendly atmosphere. Big Kudos to Isis, Gabriella and Evangello for going the extra mile. Thank you

Longer breakfast hours in a more intimate setting, and the long wait in the evening for a tea or a small snack in the main hall, despite the friendly and active staff. Need a little more of them for a busy weekend. Still, a wonderful place.
